My local DQ did a wonderful job of customizing a birthday cake for my son. Friendly customer service was provided and all questions were answered appropriately. I highly recommend Dairy Queen for all your party cake needs.

I've always enjoyed a trip to Dairy Queen. It's not the best ice cream out there, but it's good and makes for an nice evening jaunt. But the prices are getting rediculous. It's just an ice cream cone, not a steak dinner. For what they charge for a medium Blizzard, I can purchase a 16 ounce container of Ben & Jerrys, which is real ice cream. We don't partake any longer.

If you have been to a DQ anywhere else before, you're aware that this is not the place for fine dining and top tier ice cream. However, it is extremely nostalgic and they still have some good options! I tried the DQ in Wooster, and was quite disappointed. I ordered the Royal Fluffernutter Blizzard, and what I received was not even close to the royal blizzards. It still tasted fine, but I have gotten their royal blizzards in the past, and they were not like this. I should have just ordered a regular blizzard with peanut butter at that point. For the price of the nostalgia, the product didn't match up at this location. If I ever crave it again, I'll be driving to another location.

Quality service, employee seemed very nice. If you have a craving for DQ chicken strips, this location appears to have selected to not carry them, at all. As it was the only reason I stopped, was a bit disappointing. Picked up a large vanilla malt as a consolation prize.Tl:dr, not bad fast food grade shake, catastrophic lack of DQ signature chicken strips.

Bro I'm not even gonna lie, me and my friend waited like over 20 minutes just to get two drinks and pretzel sticks. They were out of chicken tenders, burgers, and FRIES, how you gonna be out of fries, go to Walmart and get some potato's! bozo.
