Who cancels orders. This is the third time it's happened to me. Do I need to change me name on my Domino's account. Once okay. Twice weird. 3 times... Trend

The Dominos in Wooster on Beall: this is the 7th time they’ve made our pizza wrong. They gave me a credit the last time and I called to use it and they had no idea what I was talking about. So tonight I called the store, the girl who answered the phone refused to give her name. She was very rude from the get go and talked down to me like I was stupid. She read my order back and I said the meat pizza isn’t supposed to have vegetables and she said yeah I know what’s on the pizzas we make. CLEARLY THEY DO NOT. We ordered delivery and they called us and told us we couldn’t get it delivered. We drove to pick it up. Then she told me I was rude because I expected her to make it right and wouldn’t accept her teenage attitude problem. The way those employees talk to people and mess up orders is ridiculous. I have no idea who I talked to because she wouldn’t give her name. She can be rude and treat a paying customer poorly but she can’t identify herself. So we paid for a pizza my husband can’t eat because it’s covered in onions and he’s allergic to onions and your store refused to make it right.

Usually have a really good experience but I had chicken wings with shattered bones in them and pizza that looked like my child cut it. Tipped driver well despite them having a weird attitude for no reason when they pulled up and was given the money.

I bought a chicken bacon ranch pizza with extra cheese chicken bacon and ranch extra everything and when i got it there was no cheese at all and my pizza was smashed i tried calling 3 times with no answer
I’ve never had any issues in the past with this location, but tonight was a major disappointment. My wife and I ordered a medium pizza, one half was ham and pineapple, other half was pepperoni. I only ate 2 of my pieces because they all looked like this. Little no cheese. For $14 ish dollars I expect better. It may be awhile until I order from here again

My food never arrived and I got told I don’t have another driver to resend it out. Here’s my deal my I work in health care we can’t leave for meal breaks so we order from you. We go hungry when our food don’t arrive.I also got an argument from your staff but we have cameras to prove nothing was delivered.Please do better by night shift health care workers.
