Kind of ridiculous that you can’t place an order over $50 and pay with cash. Took my business elsewhere because I did not want to pay with a credit card or bank card and was told it was impossible to place order over the phone without placing two separate orders and paying with a card. I can understand not accepting $50 bills. But not being able to physically place an order for an amount over $50 is absurd considering it was just 2 pizzas and 2 sides. You’re not taking unauthorized tip money from me anymore :)

Today they forgot an entire 8 piece of wings. Last time they forgot like $5 in extra sauces. We don't want a credit to our account. We want our order fulfilled correctly when we visit your establishment. You can keep your credit. You can deliver my missing items free of charge to Shreve next time or I'll buy next door from Donatos. Their food is better anyways.

Dominoes in wooster is a joke. Call at 5:15 for a 6:30 pick up. Get here at 6:30 and our order isn’t even in the oven yet. Says it’ll be ready in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later still in the oven…. Highly recommend going anywhere else. Manager refused to do anything about this

Took them forever.To get it here app didn't work and then they forgot half of my order back at the store. I wanted to know if I want them to bring it back. Horrible service, then I call them and they hung up on me twice and now will not answer the phones on professional
Customer service is an absolute joke. I ordered chicken alfredo and it came with no sauce. Looked like butter noodles. I called and told them that and I was met with “I saw them put sauce on it” and then got hung up on. Called back and said the same thing and asked who the guy was that was rude and the lady said I’m not giving you that information and hung up. GM will be called and hopefully actually teach some customer service to the employees. Never ordering from here again.

The one driving the little green car is extremely rude if you dont tip him so make sure you tip him... Not! I was gonna give him a cash tip until he started running his mouth and being extremely disrespectful to me.

If zero stars could be given I would. Twice in one week this location messed up my order. The first time the manager blamed the app and said I had entered the information wrong despite having it right in front of us on the phone. Then today, I called an order in on the phone, was very clear, and even had the person on the phone repeat the order back to me. When I got to the drive through window it was wrong. I was told to pull around as there was a car behind me. Thinking this reasonable, and that they would fix it I did so. As I came to the window a second time, this time I was told to come inside to speak to the manager. Ok…I’m thinking now “sure, the person in charge wants to make this right and this will be ok.” No. When I come in, the manager proceeded to tell me I was wrong, this is what I ordered, because “that is what is on the screen and he only makes what was on the screen.” I was at this point polite and nice. He was not. He ranted that he had 20 other orders to make and that he would not remake my pizza. I told him that I did not care what was “on his screen” I called this order in, due to having a glitch with the app a few days prior, and even had the order read back to me. (This is a food allergy issue not just a topping preference). This manager then says “well that is a call center and we are not responsible for them messing the screen up.” Are you serious? At this point I no longer being quiet and polite and told this “manager” that I had paid for this order and he needed to remake it. He started to argue, and I told him I’d wait outside in the pickup line and hold up other orders because this was ridiculous. He gave in, told me he’d remake it, but it would take 30 minutes! Having a hungry kid at home that wanted his pizza I said fine. Then sat inside and waited for the order to be made. Mistakes are made, and I am always gracious with customer service as I know it is a hard and often thankless job. However, when a mistake is made fix it, don’t blame the customer, and treat them better than this episode.

First of all, these jokers DO NOT USE RUBBER GLOVES while preparing your food. When I asked why all 4 of them were preparing food without gloves I was told that they wash thier hands. I sat there watching them for at least 25 minutes. The only employee that washed their hands was a girl with pink hair. I will not be back. Disgusting!
