Very disappointed me and my husband came through and they was out of almost everything food wise we ordered two drinks and they was only gonna give us one and re charged us for the second one didn't give us any receipts the second cup had stuff all over the side and not mixed well just look like the threw it in the cup

Not what it once was. Go there for breakfast all you hear through the drive through is a bunch of young ladies complaining of men, or work. They are clueless on what they hand out the window. They will hand things out then ask you what they handed you. Or they will hand you an order for counter pickup. On any of the mixed style drinks all the flavors are sitting in the bottom not mixed up. It must be hard to do your job. But easy to complain about others. I use to patronize this place a lot. But even management act like young clueless professionals.

With a name like Dunkin Doughnuts you would think they sell Doughnuts!!!! Wrong!!! I've come into the Wooster Dunkin Dounuts on three occasions and they were out of Doughnuts. This place sucks!!!

Typically there is a great atmosphere and a willingness to satisfy customers. Today I was greeted very rudely and the woman was quiet pushy. When I got to the window they were also rude and made my coffee incorrectly. After I told the woman at the window it was wrong she grabbed it from my hand without an apology and nearly threw it back to me when she was done. I am very disappointed.

Yall just lost an every day customer because of the store manage !! Somebody needs to replace Her because at this point I’m now being racially profiled because they said no one will serve me a coffee but Aaron that’s some bullshit how can you tell a person no one else is willing to serve me a 5 dollar coffee o well Starbucks is better anyway … plus I don’t need to come to this store any more and tell Aaron thanks for being the only one that will serve me but nice doing business with you this store I will never come back I’ll take my money else where

Dunkin'.... To all customers out there that need to have funds loaded on the app....BE WARRY of who helps you at the counter. I just asked the service girl at the counter if she could load money onto my app. Mind you, I have done this many times before at this Cleveland Road location with some issues before but it can be done. She might as well called me a LIAR TWICE to my face when I explained they have done it before. Her customer attitude is VERY BAD and she needs to be off the front line. She is terrible with customers. Will management please get involved and teach all your employees on how to reload funds onto the Dunkin app. Some employees know how with no problems and treat you good. The SOP answer is "well we can't load money to your app, YOU have to do that yourself with a credit card".... I usually leave great reviews on business places but today was not the day to challenge me.

Absolutely horrible the management is atrocious when I’m ordering my food all I hear is the managers talking horrible about these teenage workers who are the only ones working, while they just sit around talking, if could leave zero stars I would the managers need to be fired. Poor teenage kids having to have to work at a poorly managed place
