I’m not usually one for negative reviews. However- this location consistently is a source of agony for me. Never enough for a review, as it’s just inconsistently made or incorrect drinks. For that, I fault myself for continuing to hope they’d be better the next time for the price

Ordered via app- it allowed walk in orders. Submitted a slightly larger order than usual in hopes to get breakfast for two.
Get there, line is wrapped out to the street with people blocking the turn lanes to get in. Also blocking main traffic flow. Inconvenient but no immediate dilemma to where you can’t get your coffee eventually, right? Ordered to pick up in lobby, it’s fine if you wrap around to the back of the lot of course?
Wrong. Lobby closed, doors locked.
Do I have 45 minutes to sit in line? No. But I also can’t go in for refund. Can’t cancel order either.
So I basically gave Dunkin a 13 dollar donation today. Huzzah. Don’t go to this one unless you like emotional whiplash. You’d get your order sooner if you traveled 20 minutes to the next nearest one.

I have to take time to give 5-stars after my stop today. The line was so long I didn’t think I’d have time, and almost left, but I should have known they’d move it fast. And they did. Fast, friendly, and my order is always made the way I ask. Today wasn’t the exception, but the norm for the Wooster shop.

Love Dunkin. Giving 4 because last few times we have ordered a toasted sandwich the sandwich was hot, but the cheese was not melted and seemed to just be slapped on before sending out windows. We ended up taking off the cheese. Please go back to toasting cheese with sandwich.

Stopped at Dunkin' in Wooster Ohio this morning and received the best service I have ever received at a coffee shop. The timing was sufficient the girls were overly friendly and my regular hot latte was very tasty at an economical price. Thank you for standing out and rising above, you are the best 💘

My coffee is always perfect (and it's not an easy black coffee kind of order... I add all the stuff!) The staff here are so friendly - no matter how busy they are. I've never had a bad experience at the Wooster location. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I don’t usually come to this Dunkin’ Donuts, but it was the closest one to me so I can get my daughter to school. I got out of my car because the driveway was super long. Once I got to the counter one of the employees was having a conversation with a customer instead of just taking their order and being mindful that there were people behind him Once his order was taking she instantly walked away and did not say I will be right with you did not say I’ll get you in a second anything did not make eye contact or even acknowledge that anyone else was in the line. I entered Dunkin’ Donuts at 7:58. I left at 8:07 still without being acknowledged or even getting my order taken, but yet the employees were standing around laughing Having conversation working on orders, but not acknowledging other customers at least letting them know we’re trying to knock out orders or anything so I ended up leaving without my coffee or my donuts or my breakfast horrible customer service.
