Tonight the restaurant was pretty empty. There were 4 of us and we waited 90 minutes for our food to arrive. When it did arrive, it was lukewarm. It might have been an off night for the restaurant but make it right with your customers.

My husband and I recently visited Gionino's Pizzeria in Wooster for the first time and boy, were we in for a culinary treat! This place exceeded our expectations in every way. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly hostess and promptly seated. The restaurant was very clean with a nice ambience and great music. Our waiter Brad was absolutely phenomenal- very friendly and attentive from beginning to end. He was also knowledgeable about menu options. We ended up ordering a large Caprese pizza for the both of us as well as a serving of mozzarella sticks. Both were served hot and absolutely delicious- I dare to say some of the best pizza and mozzarella sticks we've ever had! Despite ordering only one pizza, we had plenty of leftover slices that we devoured the following day. All in all, a fantastic dining experience and one we hope to repeat again very soon.

We weren't very hungry so ordered only a pizza. It was delicious; perfect in every way. The service was also very good. There is parking on the street or in the free public lot next to the pizzeria. We would definitely go there again if we had the chance.

Everyone's dinner was burnt except those that got subs or salads. Pizzas were burnt and so was the lasagna!!!! We've always loved it here until last Friday. There are usually a group from 12-14 people.

Got 4 meatballs tonight to try... wish I got more! Those are probably the best meatballs I personally have had. Great flavor and melt in the mouth. Ya..a must try!

The pizza is ALWAYS delicious. The Piccolo Pepperoni pizza was a disappointment though. It is usually covered with pepperoni. Today it was just a bit more than a regular pepperoni pizza.

Their large party pizza is always a life saver for party's & is never a disappointment. Great prices & great food. Staff is always friendly. Restaurant is always clean & the atmosphere & decor are wonderful. Nice restaurant for lunch or dinner. By yourself or with a group.

We ordered a Large BBQ pizza Thin Crust with 2 orders of Boneless wings with Different sauces or so we thought.
The BBQ Pizza was burnt and black on top,
The 2 orders of Wings had the wrong sauces,
The pizza was also ready 10 minutes before the chicken and was luke warm before we got it,
Pretty disappointing since I was told this was the best pizza place in Wooster

Food was very well prepared. Pizza was hot and crispy. Wings were fresh and tasty. Server was not at her best but I could tell some of the others were friendly and helpful. Our server wasn’t bad. I like the atmosphere here as well. Feels nice and clean and just kinda easy going. We’ve been coming here off and on over the last 4-5 years and I don’t recall ever having a bad experience.

Super disappointed that I won’t be getting this pizza anymore. July 6th I ordered large deluxe as I have for years when visiting family. Walked into two young ladies and a young g man that started at me and didn’t even acknowledge me one was folding a box and then folded a couple more in the dining area the other just was walking around. Young man finally asked what I was there for and couldn’t find my pizza. He came back from the dining area with my pizza on a plate that they accidentally served to someone and had sitting on their table for at least the 10 minutes I was there. He then tried to transfer it to a box and it fell all over the table. He got frustrated and had another young man come help no gloves sliding it from the pile of blob it had become from one box to now another box then decided piece by piece was the only way. Needless to say I never hit bad reviews love family owned and obviously didn’t take the pizza. I said brother I don’t want that he said ok nothing else put it in the hot box and walked away
First time eating here. Called in carryout. We were very pleasantly surprised. The food was outstanding!

Stopped in to pick up a pizza Togo after a round of golf. They accidentally dropped our pizzas and had to remake them! After they remade them they refunded our whole order. Upgraded us to all larges and even threw ik a cookie for us!! How awesome is that?! We will Definitely be back! Thank you staff for making our evening 😊
