We love this place, its the same as when it was first opened. The owners & staff are super friendly. The food is amazing. We always get the Philly cheesesteak, tuna and meatball sandwiches and fair fries & onion rings.
I love turkey subs however sometimes the turkey can be disappointing- rest assured the turkey at the Hero House was not disappointing at all. Subs are huge. Ingredients are fresh. If you’re a plant lover- the aloe in the window are a must see!

FIVE STARS! Its known for their cheese steaks but they have so many delicious options to choose from. My personal favorite is the Melted Cheese Sub. - If you have picky kids (have them try this one) its a glorified delicious twist of a grilled cheese. Regardless of what you get it is guaranteed you will not be disappointed.

Walk in at 6:15 online states closes at 7 pm I thought I had plenty of time to order a turkey sub. But was turned around at the door because I didn’t have a call in order, within their phantom work hours. Smh
