Subs and cheese steaks are great but they need to manage the walk in and online orders better. Waiting 20 minutes in person without warning makes me not to go there during lunch. After 20 minutes I had to leave without the sandwich.

HORRIBLE!!!! First off, we got up to order, and one of the employees was complaining they should just shut down because they were out of an item. Then we stood there for over 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. All the while, two other employees were busy just chit chatting at the sandwich station. Someone finally waits on us and the person behind us. The guy behind us ordered the same thing as I did, and they gave him his order before us and made us wait around without even apologizing that he line jumped. Must be nice to come in and cut in front of everyone else. WORST SERVICE EVER. We will NOT be going back for a while. I'd rather go to Subway if that is the kind of service JM will be providing.

The only reason I gave them 4 stars on service is because the young lady kept rushing me to pay before I was finished ordering. It was not at a busy time.
1st time at Jersey Mikes in Wooster Ohio. Staff was super friendly, very clean and my sub was delicious. No need to order extra meat here, sandwich was very good and filling! I will be coming back no more subway for me!

I love the food here. A week ago though there was a miscommunication on my order. I ended up getting more than I paid for. I brought it to their attention and they then overcharged me. I tried to explain but they couldn't understand so I dropped it as they were busy. I took a business card for one of the managers and called the next day and asked that I get a return call. I have heard nothing in response. If they don't care why should I? Too many food choices in wooster to return.

I love Jersey Mikes! The subs are delicious. The Jersey Mikes in Wooster, OH is particularly wonderful, as the staff there are super friendly. I’ve become a “regular” there, and the staff always greet me pleasantly and ask how I’m doing. I’ve gone back to this restaurant simply because of the kind staff. Definitely recommend.
