literallt has the worst service i've ever had to deal with in my whole life, no rude not mean just slow, and straight lazy, sat in the drive through for 25 minutes with me and ONE other car. absolutely unbelievable that i have to wait 25 minutes for 2 little john sandwiches, this place should be shut down

So they have gone from freaky fast to boring and extra slow. Don't know what happened but I am sure it has to do with no one wanting to work. So if you are short staffed either close the door or the drive through that way you can at least do one well instead of both mediocre.

I usually love coming to this Jimmy John's but this time around I was disappointed. I order a spicy Italian lettuce wrap and I got a spicy Italian open-faced lettuce wrap and they did not put it in a bag they handed it to me in my hand with the receipt wrapped around it. Probably won't come back to Jimmy John's. It is not one thing it's another

Ordered the Portobello steak and cheese and it was packed full of all ingredients. The sandwich was absolutely excellent and the service was top notch. You definitely get what you pay for here.
