Love this KFC! Always drama either in the parking lot or inside, guessing because of the close proximity to Nold Ave,but it's always customers, never had a problem with the staff. Would probably help if you're a 2A supporter when going there. Food is always great

I ask 4 times to not put wings in with a 16 piece meal because of my grandbabies and there is hardly any meat on them, full of small bones. The chicken tasted old and as if it was just warmed up. They assured me that their wasn't. I called to speak with the manager and she had spoken rudly and hung up the phone. I will not be going back there anymore.

I visited the Wooster location in August 2025. I attempted to place my order wit the KFC app. I was having difficulty. When I went inside the restaurant, I was greeted very warmly by a staff named Nikki. I asked for her help with the app, and she was AMAZING! The app was giving her trouble too, but she didn’t give up. She kept trying and then when it wouldn’t work, she found a way to make it work by placing the order the old fashion way ( at the register). I completely enjoyed my interaction with her. She turned a frustrating situation into a pleasant one. Wish I was in that area more often honestly. It was like she was an old friend.
Also all the staff were very kind. Nikki especially was wonderful! As I waited for my food and then stayed and ate some of my food. I observed how Nikki greeted other patrons that came in after me. It really had the atmosphere of a small local diner. She interacted with the customers with warmth and detail. They were probably regulars.
Been intending to leave this review singing Nikki’s praises as I will never forget her. Never had so much fun visiting KFC. Thank you Nikki!

Got a jug of lemonade and there are knats in it. I called and asked for a refund for it I was going to take it back to them They said they can not refund It because it's a drink. Seriously?? It's a jug not a cup. He did offer to replace it, but I didn't want the possibility of more knats. I just wanted the money back. Poor customer service

Wait time was so long i had to pull off without my food. The truck infront of me probably had at least a 30 minute wait if not longer. If you cant provide food in the drive thru without a 30 minute wait ten dont have a drive thru
This is the slowest KFC drive-through . It’s not just this time. It’s every time . We’ve been waiting 22 minutes in the drive-through line and there’s only a few cars in front of us. Management needs to look at this like I said every time the drive-through line takes forever.

Ive always hated the wait times here. Love KFC but i don't go often n when i do Im reminded why i don't. Took my money n told me to pull forward. I waited for 20+ minutes. Another car behind me paid n was waiting just as long also. 3 other cars got tired of waiting & drove off. Girl came out n apologized and told me tenders were fresh but dang. That didn't make me any less irritated had she just told me from the git, hey were making fresh its gunna be 15 mins or whatever. Cool no problem. But take my money and have me pull forward n just guess wtf is taking 20 mins?? Ugh. If Ricky was working, i would have been informed right away if there was a wait n why. I appreciate that kind of service!

This is by far the worst kfc I ever Eaten at ! Original crispy is not even crispy ! It’s extra soggy and the female manager need to be demoted to a cook so she can show her employee how to actually cook chicken this shit is beyond ridiculous and the owner need really need to rejuvenate the whole atmosphere I’m never eating here again until they fix everything about this place and even that hard ass door you need to open to even get in !! If yall eat here yall gonna don’t appreciate good food !
