I ordered a diet coke and a caramel frappe in the drive through and it took almost 20 minutes to get my order. They had me pull up to the 3rd window and there were no other customers inside or behind us I do not know why it took so long for 2 drinks.

Stopped here to grab a quick lunch. Food was hot but also ordered a milkshake. It wasn't a milkshake. The girl tried to give me basically milk with whip cream on top. I asked her why was it like that and got attitude. Got told its machine made. I refused to take it. Pretty sure if a cop was not behind me she would had thrown it at my car. The first window refused to give me a recipt and pretty sketchy about my card. I will be watching for any funny charges that might pop up. Next time I will go somewhere else. Not expecting gourmet food but definitely didnt need the attitudes.

Took over 10 mins to get our order. We were the only ones in the place so they weren’t even busy. Workers were rude. And the order was just completely wrong. Not one single order was correct. Even the nuggets were off in number. They even had the audacity to put the order sheets over all the burgers when wrapping when it wasn’t right. They specifically put things on the burger we didn’t order. And didn’t put anything on the burger we did order. The only thing right about them was the fact they had a patty on them. They put in more work just to get it wrong. How incompetent can these workers be?

At approximately 7:45 PM EST, I visited your location to pick up a food order for myself, my husband, and our two children. During this visit, the older gentleman working behind the cash register conducted himself in a manner that was both unpleasant and unprofessional. His demeanor throughout the interaction made me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, he used the intercom to announce to other customers that they would need to wait because he had to process a “big order,” referring to mine. This experience left me feeling singled out and unwelcome.

If a place is so understaffed that it takes almost 30 minutes to make a couple burgers (and still not get it right) then they should just close the place down. Jokes are supposed to be funny. But on the bright side... Visiting this establishment will teach you to practice patience.

Ice was empty and the kiosk was not working properly but the iced coffee came out as ordered.
The manager is more unprofessional than the employee she walked away as I was talking. Respectfully I asked why did the car who pulled up after me get there order taking before me after I was told to wait just to watch another car pulled and get there order taking making wait even longer. When I ask respectfully I was told very rude because I was talking to my boss and I ain’t know who pulled up first even though they told me to hold on. I replied umm ok and place my order nobody replied I pulled forward and the manager comes out. Do we have a problem I said what happened and said I just placed my order she said we are not serving I asked her name and corporate she refused and walked away. I did ask was this because I asked why the person got there order after me waiting. I never cursed or nothing it was a question and to be refused service is crazy and unprofessional. My brother came from out of town a week ago and complained of there staff being very rude.

The workers at this McDonald’s are very rude and will curse at you if you ask them any questions. The food comes out cold and the drinks come out hot. No matter what you order they will have you pull up and wait forever to get it.

This is the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been too. Most nights it takes over 45 minutes to get your food if you go after 8pm. Breakfast is hit or miss on the wait. Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry to get to work cause you’ll definitely be late
