Ordered a chicken Ceasars salad to go and once home went to eat my salad and to my amazement there was NO chicken! And to top it off my Sprite was just luke warm soda water, guess they don't know how to change out the soda.

Hate the auto prompt at the drive thru, because you never know if anyone is actually there. So you either say your whole order with no response only for someone to come on later and ask you for your order, now you have to repeat yourself.
Or, you get wise to it and don't say anything until someone asks for your order the old way, but thensometimes there actually is a person there and now they're impatient because they think you're an idiot for...

Foods good and fast more often than not but not as much as a paying customer should expect ... The staff and interactions with customers is hit or miss ... They can be great at times but horrible at other times ... the way treat people they dont like is just not right ... Especially when it comes to the down trodden ... Even tho they are paying customers they arent treaded with much respect ... Plus mens bathroom is almost always nasty
