Went there around noon, to pick up an order that was placed online. It was for a kids meal and coffee. I had to wait 10 minutes and the kids meal was still cold. The place was dirty, messy soda machine, multiple pieces of trash all over the restaurant floor. Overheard one of the managers saying to 2 new employees going through orientation . That they would purposely fail their management test, so they wouldn’t have to be a manager anymore.
Not impressed with the speed at which the drive thru has been on the last few visits. When it's not busy, i don't believe it should take 15 to 20 minutes to get your food, particularly when i paid AND ordered on the app!!
Service absolutely bad. Use to be good but lately it's horrible. Sat in drive thru line for nearly 30 minutes for coffee. They took one order and waited until they were gone to take another.Didn't even get apologies for the long wait.I don't understand why peope don't wanna work and do well at their jobs
