Person working drive through was rude , I wanted order read back to me because on the order screen my order did not show up . I heard her say she did not have time for this. There was one cae in front of me and one car behind me. If she can't handle that she needs to work someplace else. She needs a class in manners. I have not been treated rudely at Mcdonalds until now. This was not a young person working but someone older. I guess McDonald's needs to have classes in manners.

Got a double quarter meal. Never ever have I got one that the box was soaked in grease. When I opened the box there was so much grease the bun was soaked and completely soggy. The guy at the window never said one word and almost tossed me the bag.

Ordered my food on the app and waited 25 minutes. When I got my food the McDouble was cold and the bun was hard. My 10 piece chicken nuggets were cold and only 9 in the box. No sauce, napkins, or straw in the bag. Absolute horrible service.

I had 3 things on my order, they asked me to pull ahead & wait like every other drive thru. Idk about you but that always annoys me especially when I have a small order. Quarter pounder, fries, & a coke. Nothing weird or uncommon. I had to go inside to get my food! And they had zero record of my order, like it had been marked as given to me. There were two others inside with similar issues. Avoid this location!
It was a good time, took my sister's here to grab early dinner late lunch. I forgot there's a kiosk to order from so that was different for me but it works.

They are very impatient I hate giving bad reviews. It’s always the same people every time I go there they have messed up on my order every single time. Every time I get a big Mac, we either don’t get it and then have to go into complain or they don’t put Mac sauce on it they’re very pushy too when you’re trying to take your order, especially the girl who wears the thing over her head it’s close to our home, but I will avoid going there if I can go to another one, and I advise the same thing to anyone else I know . The food is also not always fresh. I found a black hair in my food there and I have a light brown hair.

They were sitting on the ground watching reels..then they had to go get there cash register guy to come take care of me..he was in the bathroom cleaning toilets never heard the sink go don't know if wash his hands...🤮
