The restaurant on Burbank Rd. Wooster Ohio is constantly forgetting to put something in orders. The last time ging through the drive through all I ordered was a chicken nugget meal and a sandwich so how could they forget something, I made the mistake of not looking in the bag, yep they didn't give me the sandwich. Also the fries are always cold or taste half cooked. The manager doesn't care either for after going back for the sandwich all she had to say was learn to check your bags.

Lady who brought us our food gave us the wrong order, she replied in a rude way. Then proceeded to bring us the wrong food out. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle and it came out with ham and egg. Lock in mcdicks

Bought my sister a happy meal, she was supposed to get a hello kitty toy but she got a fire safety coloring book? She then opened her apples, and they were turning brown. Then we get to her burger and it’s an absolute disaster. Mayonnaise EVERYWHERE and all three pickles hanging out the side. Def not coming back here💀 go to Burbank yall

Ordered a double quarter with cheese no onions add mayo got no mayo extra onions very nice. And had to wait over 5 minutes for it to be made.
I was in not too long ago and was ordering from the counter. A nice woman helped me with my order. But I couldn’t help but notice a bald older looking man in the back named “Nick” getting very touchy with a woman wearing a hijab. Not something I would like to see in a Restraunt atmosphere. I don’t think anybody else would either. Keep your hands OFF eachother until after you clock out!!!

At 10:04, I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel. At 10:14, I finally got my order. The bagel had no sauce on it, so I took it up to the register. No apologies. They just took my bagel and said they'd bring it out. I'm still waiting. It's 10:31. Just saying...
...Asked for my money back, which they politely gave me with an apology. They also insisted that I take with me two bagel sandwiches. That was nice. They were busy... Soooooo.
