Arrived at 5:10am on 8/17/25 and the guy working said they don’t open until at least 5:30am. Don’t count on the time they say they will open.

Ordered my food on the app and waited 25 minutes. When I got my food the McDouble was cold and the bun was hard. My 10 piece chicken nuggets were cold and only 9 in the box. No sauce, napkins, or straw in the bag. Absolute horrible service.

I had 3 things on my order, they asked me to pull ahead & wait like every other drive thru. Idk about you but that always annoys me especially when I have a small order. Quarter pounder, fries, & a coke. Nothing weird or uncommon. I had to go inside to get my food! And they had zero record of my order, like it had been marked as given to me. There were two others inside with similar issues. Avoid this location!

It was a good time, took my sister's here to grab early dinner late lunch. I forgot there's a kiosk to order from so that was different for me but it works.

They are very impatient I hate giving bad reviews. It’s always the same people every time I go there they have messed up on my order every single time. Every time I get a big Mac, we either don’t get it and then have to go into complain or they don’t put Mac sauce on it they’re very pushy too when you’re trying to take your order, especially the girl who wears the thing over her head it’s close to our home, but I will avoid going there if I can go to another one, and I advise the same thing to anyone else I know . The food is also not always fresh. I found a black hair in my food there and I have a light brown hair.
Don't know but what happened to fast food 10 minutes is to long

They were sitting on the ground watching reels..then they had to go get there cash register guy to come take care of me..he was in the bathroom cleaning toilets never heard the sink go don't know if wash his hands...🤮

I brought a 15 passenger van of Amish folks McDonald's in Wooster Ohio. We had questions request that we're not on the menu. No one was able to help from behind the counter they acted like we weren't there. I took my 15 passenger van and passengers across the street to Burger King.
If you don't want to help people, you can close your store.

The restaurant on Burbank Rd. Wooster Ohio is constantly forgetting to put something in orders. The last time ging through the drive through all I ordered was a chicken nugget meal and a sandwich so how could they forget something, I made the mistake of not looking in the bag, yep they didn't give me the sandwich. Also the fries are always cold or taste half cooked. The manager doesn't care either for after going back for the sandwich all she had to say was learn to check your bags.

Lady who brought us our food gave us the wrong order, she replied in a rude way. Then proceeded to bring us the wrong food out. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle and it came out with ham and egg. Lock in mcdicks
