Honestly, it was the best service myself and my family have ever had. My waitress (I think she said her name was Becky) was an absolute sweetheart who seemed to predict what we needed. Drink refills? Already in her hands. Ketchup, napkins, more ranch? Didn't have to ask. The food was absolutely amazing and when my grandchildren started getting restless, Ms. Becky brought stickers and paper to keep them occupied while my daughter ate her food in peace. An amazing experience indeed and we will be coming back!

We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for food, Sat night, 14 people in restaurant with 5-6 staff members, the food was awful, burned and raw inside . The manager tried to say they were busy and I said no you aren't, there's only 10 people before us, and she settlement of with no apologies If you like undercooked food with the outside burned, this is the place. Their took the price of the steak off but it was not enough. Public service announcement! Save yourself from undercooked food!

Food was horrible. We got a French sandwich and the gravy tasted and looked like it was from the Grease trap absolutely HORRIBLE! We also got a pretzel appetizer and the cheese tasted like water no flavor. Asked to speak to the manager about the food and apparently, the manager is also the owner, but also the chef and would not come out to look at the food that he served his customers.

Waitress wasn't good food was not good. We were from out of town people told us to try you out was very disappointed. Will not return when in town again next summer
Server was alright Took forever for the to come out. And when the food did come out it was dry and loaded fries were burnt. I sent them back and they did replace them and they came back out still burnt. I told them I wasn't paying for them and they took it off my bill. Also they forgot one of our friends's order of fries and my daughter's pizza was also burnt that she could barely even eat it. I will say one thing that I will not be back at this place The food has went downhill tremendously and very terrible quality

Her server never once came to ask us if we wanted anything else we always had to go to the other end of the bar if we wanted our check or wanted to order or even wanted to get a beer and there were no other people at the other end of the bar, he never once smiledand he didn’t tell us about any of the food at all unless we asked, and then it was always grudgingly this happened every single time we came in to this restaurant. It was the same guy with the dark hair, the bartender who didn’t want to be there.

I used to like this place but after recent experiences on two separate occasions, I decided I won't go back.
My wife and I went today during lunch and we knew we were in trouble when the hostess started making excuses before we even sat down. Our waitress also made the excuse that she was new. A simple request for condiments turned out to be about an eight minute wait. Why was there not the usual salt, pepper, mustard, ketchup, napkin holder at each table? To me, all of these issues can be traced to poor management and cost cutting measures which have plagued this place for several years.
