These guys are always so sweet, and care about each and every customer like family. I came through the drive thru tonight after a hard day, and because there was a little wait, these guys treated me with grace and kindness and made up for the delay (very slight, no worries at all, poor guys were slammed!) in the best way they could. I will most definitely be back! Thank you Wooster Panda Team! You guys made my day, seriously, and I’ve never had a bad experience here.

I don’t understand why the hours are posted and says they close at 10:30 but if you come through the drive-through at 10 PM, they will just let you sit there and not take your order. Very rude. Maybe get that fixed

Ended up having to wait 20 minutes to even order just because the person was more focus on the TWO person drive through.

The tea was spoiled and we had to replace it. The gentleman inside(we did drive thru) was kind and fixed it for us. But the woman with the brace at the drive thru was wildly inappropriate. She cupped my husband’s hand giving him change and it was unnecessary and called him honey. Even my kids said something about her behavior. I really hope they can address this with her as we didn’t appreciate it on our road trip yesterday.

Good good, although it is over priced like most fast food these days. I won't rate any Panda above a 3 based on principle.
