Food is okay, but their online ordering service is dreadful unfortunately. I used to work in the food business & I understand we can’t be perfect all the time, but this is a persistent issue from here and after reading other reviews this is a universal complaint. After I finally get my order I’ve waited over an hour for them to prepare I will never be eating here again. I’ll go to Asian wok or China garden where they’re just as busy but don’t throw pickup orders in the trash

The nastiest teriyaki chicken I’ve ever eaten in my life. Slimy, rubbery, no flavor!!Everything here is frozen. When we where there ordering they came from the back with big frozen bags of food. I can get better frozen Chinese food from Walmart for $2.99 not $18 for 2 meals we just threw out!!DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Pre orders are either 15 minutes late or made 15 minutes early and cold and the service is bad with an attitude when you can’t correctly read the jumbled mess that is the there restaurant. Skip the hassle and get ming hing/ china garden.

Usually pretty good! This past time I got the beef and had severe food poisoning! Felt like I was literally going to die! Boyfriend got the shrimp and felt sick but not nearly as bad as me! Be careful.
