Jan 2 at Panera Bread Wooster, Ohio. Place not busy around 2:30. Placed our order in a timely matter was good. Before getting seated had to clean the table with wipes and paper towels. With flu season infull swing more attention should be taken. Other tables were left with a mess. Our salads we got were only half full in the bowl. In the past we’ve had more salad. For the cost of meals for two could have went to Applebees for a lot less. Management at Panera Bread needs a”wake up call”. Terrible

We as a group ordered Panera and had it delivered to work this weekend.. we were missing a sandwich for a pick two and called in to have it refunded as our whole order was under one name. They would not refund and offered to replace sandwich at a later date unfortunately that meant the person still had to pay $20 for a half salad. This was due to a tip and they took out a bigger delivery fee because it was 4 meals. The lady on the phone was rude and so now I paid $20 for a half Greek salad that wasn’t even full. I won’t order to have delivered again.

Food was great, better here than some locations, and quick service even though it was lunch time. Plenty of seating. Only negative is that the tables could have been a little more tidy, but understand staffing issues in many places can cause this.

Why in the world am I ordering a sandwich on sour dough bread and the bread doesn’t even cover the ingredients inside the sandwich….. no reason I should have more ingredients than bread, the ration is absurd. This is unacceptable. 13$ for this..

While I know going at lunch on Sunday's means busy, the fact that we could all hear them cussing and complaining about the customers while making our food was ridiculous. The fact that an employee walked into the kitchen to scream and punch an appliance was ridiculous. The Mac and cheese and desserts were good, but the grilled cheese and tomato soup were lacking.
Ordered online, said it was done. Waited 45 minutes. Finally said something, the manager was disgustingly rude to me. Food was cold when I got it. I can’t believe they treated a paying customer this way! Unreal!

Everything was good. A little overpriced but good. The only -points they got from me was that I wanted to pay with a 100 dollar bill. And they told me that they don't take 100. My bill was over 50 dollars. Cashier told me that she will get yelled at if she would take it. She told me it's not the store or store manager, it's headquarters that doesn't allow it. Absolutely ridiculous. They have to change that.
