They were fighting for their lives in here. It took 5 mins before I was even greeted by the register. They were all cooking. It looked like there were possibly only 3 people working? They were all very nice. I don't fault them for the wait at all. I wish that they had some more help/support.

Got a hot sandwich and the inside chicken was so cold and the cheese never melted. Ask for manager to let them.know the chicken was real cold. She said sorry and kept doing what she was doing. Not one of the girls offered to remake the sandwich or reheat it or nothing, didn't even eat it just ate around the edges.Wasted my money that day.

Staff wasn't very helpful. Food tasted off. It was my 2nd time in there. So not really sure what to get. Asked what the person recommended. They just said it was all good. Got a soup and sandwich.

Firstly me and my grandma both ordered the same chicken noodle soup. It was literally just broth. I had maybe 5 noodles max with no chicken or carrots or anything. Same exactly with her. When we have to pay 10$ for a soup I expect to be getting what I pay for. And also no one came over to help us and just looked at us till we used the computer to order and that was difficult because my grandma is nearly 70 and it’s simply not accessible for the elderly. Worst Panera I’ve went to by far.
I ordered a bowl of chicken noodles soup. It was a big bowl, but the portion was too little weight.

Every single time I come here for lunch something is always missing from my bag but this time around I don't have time to go back inside and let them know and plus it was just the free baguette for the soup that was missing. Last time it was the whole sandwich. Food is always good as usual but I wish they quit forgetting an item
