I love Papa John's but tonight I ordered 3 Steak fold overs 2 with no onions and one with. I called the manicure and she was very nice and had them replaced when we got them back The replacements they had nothing but green pepper in them and very little steak I mean very little Papa John's was our favorite place to order from but not after tonight a customer's food should never be messed up twice I do appreciate the manager for replacing them but they still wasn't right and that doesn't fall on the manager that falls on the people cooking the food Happy New Year

I have been going to this papa John's since I was a child. Its always been good food but the young lady Lasheika that works there is amazing. She keeps that place running smoothly and her customer service is out of this world. Always polite and respectful. There is no way that if I owned a business and had Lasheika working for me she wouldnt be the person in charge. With leadership skills the way she has not much else to worry about or say. Cuz she is gonna get the job done and done right. Why isnt this women the GM already. Ur slipping Papa John's!

Rude! Ordered a pizza it was good! Cppl days later we ordered the same exact thing, it was about tge nastiest ever! Almost raw, it was so bad we tossed it, when I went to pick up i ask why the price went up in 3 days time? Was told don't know but this us the price, the guy was so dam Rude I just paid the extra shook my head n left, I watched him b Rude as hell to the elderly gentleman in front of me I was already pissed watching that I knew not 2 say another word to keep trouble down, its bull treating ppl this way n cone on ya knew better than to sell such gross food!

I ordered my food from the website and set it to pay cash. They assigned it to doordash and the dasher texted me to inform me they can't pick it up because they don't have cash. I tried to call and only got an automated call service. Probably the last time I'm gonna order from them.

They made a minor mistake when making my pizza by not putting on a topping I ordered but when I called to let them know they promptly offered me one of two options and certainly made up for their small mistake. Very pleased and appreciative of their efforts to correct my order.
I gave the guy at the counter my name for a pickup. My app said it was ready. He looked at the ready orders and told me it wasn’t done yet. 10 minutes later as I’m standing there waiting he asks for my name again. I repeat it and he hands me an order that’s been sitting there the entire time I’ve been waiting. Make high school diplomas required for this job. He could have just asked for my name again if he didn’t understand me.

I order a buffalo chicken papadia, it’s advertised with ranch, the menu says ranch. Most logical people would give you ranch just because it’s a common combination. They gave me marinara sauce? What am I supposed to do with that? I specifically mentioned ranch being my desired sauce. Not to mention all of the food was falling apart. Pitiful effort, save your stomach the trouble and go to Pizza Hut.
