Alyse greeted us with a huge smile and welcomed us into the restaurant. She continued working hard. She provided great conversation while refilling the lemonade!! She is a stellar employee!!

Elise was the best worker ever, she was so Sigma. She as so respected full to us and I would definitely come back and recommend people to go here as well, thank you so much🙏

The heated combo as is, was amazing!!! Bread is fantastic! However, greasy so use the toilet before leaving for a destination!

Cheesesteak was delish, the fries were plentiful, and the lemonade was refreshing.

I just wanted to say everytime I come in (which is once a week) I am warmly greeted, helped in a timely manner and treated like family. Kennedy the manager has always been so helpful along with the rest of the staff. I appreciate this kind of service!

Food was great fries were crispy and sandwiches were delicious😊😊😊 The employees were great especially the dude named Wyatt great guy he talked with me and my step dad about shoes while our food was being brought out. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend!!!

We walked in tonight we have been in several times. We generally love this place. Tonight however was awful. I brushed it off at first that it was just teenagers however we waited a good 20min for our food we got out fries first they were well done ended up tossing well over half away.
The kid Brayden was goofy off with his buddies that don't even work there one of which went behind the counter acting like he worked there he did not. We finally got our sandwiches they were awful like I found raw meat in my sandwiched and ended up tossing it. Mean while I had my young daughter with me and him and his freinds were just being extra rude acting like they own the place I really felt bad for Brittany and the other kid working.
I spoke with Brittany who should be the manager she did Apologize. The other gentleman that was a employees did a very good job as well.
Also to top it off after Braydens freinds left he walked near the back and startered vaping in plain site of guests.
I hope who ever is incharge of fire people note that he doesn't know how to do his job and should be fired. I know we won't be back till he his gone. He has zero responsibility and zero respect for Brittany littlery told her she wasn't incharge that he was incharge.
Brittany handle it well because I would have fired him on the spot.
He has some growing up todo if he's going to make it in life. And even my 10 year daughter was in shock at how he was acting with his freinds and his employee.

Gave the food 4 stars because the only problem I had was the bread was kind of soggy but besides that great ghost pepper sandwich. About time they get a Spicy sandwich. The girls were nice the place was clean and as long as they keep the ghost pepper sandwich I will be there

We ordered 2 subs online and were just picking up our order. It's a fast food sandwich shop with limited seating for dining in, so we don't have much to say. But it appeared clean and well-organized and 2 clerks provided excellent service. We tried Penn because of a special price email offer, but we did not feel the regular price was out-of-line for the well-stuffed subs we got. We'll very likely return to try other subs.

Order $27 worth of food and my chicken Philly had nothing on it but chicken and cheese. No banana peppers or onions like it should have had. Got two large fries, so I asked for extra vinegar to go and the curly red hair girl gave me 4 packets, for two large fries. Waited at least 10-12 more minutes after designated pick up time. Only one employee smiled and was polite. I love Penn Station, but this location isn't up to par at all.
