Pizza Hut Reviews
This is for the Pizza Hut in Wooster Ohio. I ordered a pizza along with many others last night 12/5 that were told 25 min which turned out to be an hour and 25 min. Don’t tell people that if you can’t achieve it. During the time I was waiting several people got tired of waiting and left, not sure how you stay in business doing it this way. One guy in front of me was basically ask by the manager or worker not sure who he was if he wanted to go out in the parking lot if he thought...read full review
Ordered 9 pizzas ahead of time for our work break. With 8 minutes left in the break before having to go back to work we are on the phone with Pizza Hut being told they just now have a driver to deliver. Great. Can’t eat pizza when we are back to work. Will not be trying to get food from them again after that. Thanks for the hunger.
I've been ordering from PH for years. had no serious complaints until tonight's pizza. Supreme. no issues with the toppings, but the pizza crust itself was DRY, could hardly see or taste sauce, the outter crust is hard, dry and has no taste. my dog who loves pizza wouldn't eat the crust either and that's bad!

Pizza Hut offers a nostalgic dining experience with buffet options, including a salad bar, pizza bar, and dessert bar. The restaurant has a 90's vibe but provides amazing food and service. Customers can enjoy dine-in, carryout, and delivery options, as well as a lunch buffet. Despite being understaffed, the employees are friendly, personable, and efficient. Large groups can pre-order and enjoy accommodating service. The pizzas, including the personal favorite mushroom, jalapeno, and bacon pizza, are fresh and tasty, often coming out quickly. However, some customers feel that the personal pan pizzas seem smaller than they used to be. The dining room is nice, but the multiple TVs playing videos, including some that are not kid-friendly, have raised concerns among diners. Overall, while the quality and quantity of food are commendable, some customers have noted that prices can be high, making this Pizza Hut location a mixed experience.
