This is for the Pizza Hut in Wooster Ohio. I ordered a pizza along with many others last night 12/5 that were told 25 min which turned out to be an hour and 25 min. Don’t tell people that if you can’t achieve it. During the time I was waiting several people got tired of waiting and left, not sure how you stay in business doing it this way. One guy in front of me was basically ask by the manager or worker not sure who he was if he wanted to go out in the parking lot if he thought he was tougher than him. I laughed to myself and left too without my pizza . I know it’s hard to find good help or any for that matter this guy would be gone if he worked for me . Gianinos told me 55 min and guess what it was done in 55 min.

We were disappointed there was not a buffet, but were able have everyone get the salad bar and enjoy the pizza for an affordable cost. The staff worked to make us comfortable and were great with the 4 kids!
The grandkids loved the animal videos.

Had a sign advertising a dinner buffet. Went inside no buffet. Should add the days and hours of buffet to sign. Good plot to get you in the door lol
