Food is always hot and correct. The way they portion their toppings is perfect the store is always above and beyond. I order through DoorDash and my experience with a lot of places is that they don’t care cause the customer isn’t picking up the food they mess it up. Not this store. You still get what you’re paying for.

The worst pizza in the state. Bottom was soggy because it was done and boxed 10 minutes before the dasher got my order, because he was waiting on my wings. The wings were disgustingly bland. Will absolutely never order from here again.

Their pizza and stromboli is some of the best that I've had but.. it's rarely made the same way twice. They are always out of beverages and if you order extra sauce, you'll pay for it but rarely get it.

I ordered two strombolis for delivery today. It took the person three tries to repeat it back to me correctly and when it got to my place it was still the wrong order. They have a door dash driver half the time so you can't use cash. When I called and placed the order I told them I only had cash and they said it wouldn't be a problem so I thought they had a regular driver that day.

When the door dash driver showed up he wouldn't accept the cash because he wasn't instructed to receive any. After he left I called Romeo's to let them know the order wasn't paid for yet. After 20 minutes on hold I hung up and called back later. When they answered they asked me to drive the money down there lol.

I informed them that I didn't have a car and that's why I had it delivered in the first place so they said they would send someone out to pick up the money, that was 6 hours ago. I love their food but the business is a train wreck.

It use to be enjoyable to eat out. The first time at Romeo's was great. Second time the order wouldn't go through. Last night I show up to pick up my food and a lady blocked me to say "please don't go in there." The employee said "yes you can." After 5 minutes or so the employee said there's no food going out we're closed. Quite confusing. I leave as 3 to 5 police show up. Guess I won't bother with them anymore. Just to top off the evening we go to Green Leaf. It made my wife sick. I think a bowl of cereal and toast would have been a better choice. Good luck folks;)

I ordered from here for dinner tonight and when I had a taxi take me to pick it up go pick it up she brought it back home and unfortunately it was not made correctly when I contacted the store manager named Alicia took the time to hear me out and took the time to remake my two pizzas and even go as far as since I couldn't come get them. Have them delivered to whoever owns the store. You have a great manager in her and I am very thankful of her help. This will not stop me from having it again with management like that it makes me want to come back
