I go to this subway on dover rd alot normally I'd give it a 5 star but this is the second time between last month and now that they forgot the cheese on my stuff from online. I got 3 things and they forgot the cheese on all of them.

My family showed up like 10 mins before they closed..Yes..we were those people..I did feel bad but we had been moving all day and we were just exhausted and they were on the way home. The 2 younger girls didn't look happy to see us..lol..but still were very nice and polite. We did dine in so they just kinda cleaned around us.. which was fine with us..we were just happy to be eating. We will definitely be back.

Ordered online picked it up with two of my veggies being labeled as “out” on the receipt and instead of being notified so I could choose a different veggie or sub they made the sub anyways and sent it on its way a little bit of communication and customer appreciation would be nice

I placed an order through Door Dash for a 12 inch turkey on flat bread with extra meat, toasted. I got a 12 inch flatbread, cold, and it had ham on it. I have been trying to get someone to answer the phone at Subway to correct the issue, and no one will answer the phone. I'm at work, so I can't leave to go get a replacement sub, and Door Dash just wants to give me a $3.38 dash credit to use. Ridiculous.
