I walked in a empty store ready to order a delicious breakfast sub for my short 10 min break I have on the road and the lady with black hair behind the counter literally looked at me and Started 2 online orders didn’t say “hello I’ll be with you in a moment”.. nothing so I continue to be quiet and watch her make theses 2 sandwiches (that weren't even started when I got there) that came up at the same time I walked in and ignore me the whole time! As soon as she got to the veggies I walked out I don’t have a lot of time on the road and I was basically being ignored. Horrible service, You could’ve at least acknowledge that I was there! Please be kind to people coming in, im just a delivery driver trying to get a quick bite to eat.

Absolutely pissed!!! My tongue is very swollen and I can't talk. Sandwich #2 is the wrong sandwich filled with jalapeños and a disgusting vinegar tasting stuff on it. I am 5 months pregnant and sick to my stomach.

Went to the door at 6:12 pm, sign says open. Two people sitting in a booth and one guy at the counter appearing to be waiting on his order. Online says they are open until til 9:00 pm. Doors are locked and the guy waiting for his food looks at the door and shakes his head no at me. Woman behind the counter did not even acknowledge my presence at the door.
When I was there the service was terrible. The gentleman working was very rude, didn't treat his coworker with respect, and was repeatedly pushing his coworker out of the way and making him finish everything he didn't want to do. If he is working the next time I go in I will go somewhere else. I am learning that if the employee doesn't greet you or smile then you should just go right back out the door. I worked in food for 13 years, and this would have never flown in the places I have worked.I commend the other employee for maintaining a professional and pleasant attitude while being verbally thrown around by his coworker.

I tried the sub but ended up throwing it out... Brown lettuce, old onions, old banana peppers, couldn't see what the meat looked like but taste of the sub made me wanna throw up, I asked for fresher ingredients but was told there wasn't anymore.. disgusting!!

Every time we order from this Subway, our entire order is wrong. And our toasted sandwiches are cold as though they never even seen the oven. Only reason we order from here is because it’s the closest to our work. If you can, just go to Orrville’s Subway.

The employee that made my food was really nice. He greeted us as soon as we walked in. He was smiling and happy the whole time. He definitely showed He cared for his job and fantastic customer service. The sub he made was the best looking and nicest put together sub I have ever got from a subway. The store was nice and clean.. This was the best experience I have ever had at a subway. Thanks for the fantastic sub and fantastic friendly service. My daughter and my sub were awesome.
