Went for lunch today and waited 25 minutes for my food while the other people behind me ordering all got their food way before me.... forgot a cheese with my fries..... when I asked when my order was coming they couldn't find it and said it wasn't ordered .... showed them money was taken out for it so yes they got it..... very dissappointed.....

For the most part the food was good I did not get my add on to my burrito which is okay. But the customer service aspect I do believe can use some work the greeting and the double check of my order to make sure it was right and the add up was all missing then when I try to get there attention just looked the other way customer service satisfaction should be number one priority other then that food was good.

Someone who door dashes and constantly picks up orders I can say the staff are just not good. Countless times I'll go in for a order and someone is on there phone or talking and not paying any attention.

Waited far too long for my DLT combo which amounted to 3 mere morsels. This company charges much more than any of their food items are worth. Restaurant was NOT clean. Trash was overflowing. I do not recommend this place and will not visit again.

Updated hours. Open until 4 AM most days. Don't get the new chicken nuggets lol very very small. Staff is very good and mess up orders rarely.

I placed a mobile order for in-store pickup and when I arrived the mobile app said my food was ready but I waited for 5 minutes and it still didn't appear in the pick up counter. I spoke to an employee and he checked on my food and it was at the drive thru window ready for drive thru pickup this happened twice. I was disappointed with this experience, and it should have never happened. The food was really good, and fresh. Also the lobby looked awesome and was clean!

Good service but the drive thru ordering robot is new. It was accurate but I did not make any special orders just standard menu items.
We stopped in for a quick meal on Sunday afternoon. Stood at the counter for a few minutes waiting to place our order, but were informed that we had to use the kiosk. Placed order (for 2) at kiosk and then found out there would be a 20-25 minute wait. WTH??? That sort of defeats the purpose of "fast food" restaurants. I'm sure we could have gone to El Campesino or El Tapatio and had an authentic Mexican meal served in the same amount of time.

This place is complete trash, you will sit there and wait 30-40 minutes, if you’re lucky, and the food will not be how you ordered it, or it will be made with absolute carelessness. Whoever owns this place needs to reconsider their employees.
