STOP Before reading the rest of my review, take a look the images i took of my order received from this establishment the other day:
Lets start with the first 3 images, do you see how my fries and chips were just poured in the bag? and the Doritos taco is CRUMBS? Yea that's exactly how i received the food, these images were taken in the freaking parking log not even 30 seconds after getting the food. Why didn't we complain? we did. They ignored us. Now lets turn our attention to the tenders. Do you SEE how disgusting these are? they were ROCK HARD and DRY. They look revolting and because of their look and the first few bites, they were thrown away. This is BEYOND unacceptable. This review needs to reach corporate and some serious changes need made. My order was close to $30 and you SEE how they treat your food. You dont matter and your money doesn't matter so please, I URGE you to take your business elsewhere.

Ordered 3 soft potato tacos as my part of our work order. The potatoes must be from last week! They're dried out and hard as a rock. The other ingredients seem fresh, but the potatoes are crap. Burned and shriveled up. Can't believe they even served them. I door dashed and am mid shift so not taking them back. What a waste, whoever is working tonight 10/28/25 730pm should get it together.

Food was okay but staff was extremely rude. I don't leave negative reviews about a place but this was by far the worst taco bell I've ever visited and I'd tell other people to steer clear.

The AI order taking machine is absolutely abysmal. I had to correct my order 4 times, and still received the wrong food. They also didn't cut their quesadillas in the slightest. If this place hopes to ever keep a positive score, they need to ditch the AI nonsense and focus on quality of food.
Called this store because we were missing 2 items out of our order and the lady who answered the phone was so rude. Told me she was too busy, had too much stuff to do and didn't have time to find out about my order and then hung up on me before I could even say take my # or I can call back. I get places are understaffed but to talk to me like that and then hang up was unacceptable. I could have waited or called later. I am a pretty easy going person. I have NEVER been talked to like that before. Will absolutely never go back. Awful.

Worst quality food I have ever had from Taco Bell. I ordered the cantina Chicken quesadilla. I have ordered this before and know how it's supposed to look. There is supposed to be chicken, sauce, and I added rice and sour cream and it's supposed to be folded and cut. There is almost zero sauce, chicken, rice or sour cream. It wasn't folded or cut. It was too dry too even eat and was a waste of money. I can keep going on about how awful it was but I think the pictures speak for themselves.

missing multiple items (every time I go there), all but one item was made wrong, the drink I ordered was mtn dew, what i received was a very light yellow soda water. quesadilla wasn’t cut. potatoes were so burnt they were hollow. the taco looks like someone sat on it. assuming some of this has to do with the fact that nobody is using the very obvious “check for accuracy” before handing out the window. something at this place has to change, it’s a gamble every time.
