I have always gone here and had no problems, but unfortunately that has changed recently. My potatoes were undercooked, my burrito that I get every time was not made right, and I know exactly why. My old boss who quit now works at this location and she does not like me. I'm not trying to be petty, but I think it's a little weird that when I come in, nobody sees me, and I use a fake name, all my food tastes right as rain, but if I'm spotted before I order, things don't taste right. I even had a friend with me today that confirmed my food tastes off. I would appreciate if this business would go back to running the normal way without highschool drama mean girl antics being used against people the worker does not like.

The employee working there was extremely rude. I witnessed her being very unkind to an older gentleman. He was trying to order and she told him that she could not take his order and he had to use the kiosk. Which is fine if she really couldn't take his order from there however the way that she talked to him was absurd. She didn't even offer to help him with the kiosk which he was clearly confused about and actually stomped away instead. Me and my friend help the man and he got his food but the way the employee treated him was outrageous.

I ordered 2 cheesy dipping burritos and received no chipotle sauce that it's supposed to come with, we all work long days and this is the only food that has sounded good to me lately thanks for the disappointment, it's ridiculous
Beautiful in every aspect; the best, freshest, most filled burritos Taco Bell I have ever been to. I didn’t even know nacho fries could taste that good. The workers all need additional compensation for my experience alone.

Absolutely ATROCIOUS service. Me and my sister came through to get food after visiting our mother in the hospital and my sister ordered something specific and repeated it multiple times to the “man” taking our order. Yet through all this he still managed to mess it up. If I could give lower than a one star rating I would. We came back through a little while after explaining that our order was wrong in which they said they would fix. We once again repeated what we wanted many times and guess what? They messed it up a second time. Not only that but the snarky, rude, and disrespectful manager has quite the attitude she was almost interrogating us on what time we came through the drive through and how much the order was. We concluded that the man clearly misheard our order not once but twice. So now they made us repay money for our whole order again. We open our bag and lone behold our order is wrong again. I would never waste your hard earned money on these fools who have no care or pride in their work and make them learn to get a job that is somehow easier than this. NEVER GO HERE. The only good think I have to say is the young lady who checked us out was very kind, I quite honestly feel bad for the people she works with. To those who were working there tonight, do better.

Would not eat here if you paid me to. The roasted chicken was hard as a rock looked like it was 10 days old could not eat it. The fries were cold and grease logged. The manager was rude and the employees in the back were talking crap and the other lady helping the manager was very rude. We have been to a lot of Taco Bells all over the US (we drive truck otr) and this by far us the absolute worst Taco Bell ever.
I waited for twenty minutes past the time my mobile order was supposed to be ready, when a worker finally came to the front counter and asked if I had an order. Once they got it ready my beefy five layer was missing all cheese and the chipotle sauce I had added, and my chalupa was cold and didn’t have the added cheese sauce. Was an all round terrible experience.

They refused to take orders but the kiosks would not work. The lady who talked to us was nasty and when I asked for a manager she said she was the manager. Say no more. Stay away from this one

Very rude manager who refused to take our order and was ignoring a handicap man and his grandson who were struggling to use the kiosk. Only option to order was through kiosk but it would not take our card. She also said cash still had to go through kiosk and took immediate offense that we were frustrated. We will never be back.
