Let me just say that they screwed up my 50th birthday dinner. Check in was great, appetizer was great and then downhill from there. My wife received her meal after waiting some good time. I know Steakhouses take much longer so to the process of a great steak and I understand this. She says this is a good sign! Your food is coming. We received a gift card for this restaurant so we went on a Saturday right after opening. We were told we had to sit on the patio outside because we didn’t have reservations (didn’t know we had to). 90 degrees and humid sitting outside is not what I consider a comfortable atmosphere even with a slight breeze. Awful service. A table of 4 came in five minutes after us and get waited on first and get served before us. It’s not the first time we’ve experienced this either. We won’t be going back.
