We stopped for lunch today. My husband had Lamb Mango Curry and I had Hyderabadi Chicken Curry. Delicious, plus we have enough left for at least 1 more meal!! Our server was awesome.

Great Indian food in Wooster! People who answer the phone can be a little clueless but usually turns out ok. Once they doubled my entire order and the girl at the register insisted it was my fault. Seemed a little odd but some people do things differently. Make sure you say ONE order clearly

Great authentic Indian food, excellent service, affordable prices. Two of us got appetizer, Lamb entree, and bread on the side for less than $50 all together. The most mild option is reasonable for my weak American palette to handle.

First, I would like to say that I am Indian, and know what this food should taste like. We really wanted to like this place but were incredibly disappointed. I ordered the sag paneer And stressed that it had to be very mild as I am extremely allergic to chili peppers as an anaphylactic reaction allergic. I received an extremely spicy dish one that gave me a reaction within seconds. When I called to let them know the owner said they make mistakes sometimes, they’ll have two dishes, and just pick up the wrong one, as though it wasn’t a big deal. We also ordered the chicken kebab platter, which was supposed to have a paneer kebab, and did not, to which the owner replied. Oh yes, we made a mistake on the menu and are supposed to tell you when you order. I was not told about this when I ordered or picked up. We got vegetable pakoras that were so hard you literally could not bite through them, and papadum That were light and crispy on the top, but complete grease on the bottom, and honestly had basically no flavor (The bag they were in was all grease on the bottom, they had to double bag it a bag because the grease had leaked through when I picked it up). The one item that was really good was the mulligatawny soup, probably the best we’ve ever had. Oh, and we did get chicken biryani, which would have a bite with flavor, and then a bite with none. About that the owner said sometimes when they were mixing it in the pan they might stir it it so that some of the spices didn’t mix in on one side. That made absolutely no sense whatsoever.I called to discuss this inedible dinner with them, offering to bring it back so I can get a refund or a new dinner, and was told they don’t do credits, but I would get a refund. I waited a couple of days and out of the $78 I paid, I was refunded $14.99. I called to ask to speak to the manager, and when I gave my name I was told the manager could not speak to me. Definitely not a place I would ever return to or recommend.

Every meal we've ever had here has been fantastic. Samosa chaat is perfect and the best thing on the menu. Highly recommend! Protip: order carryout and head to JAFB for the best food and beverage experience.

This was my first time trying Indian food and all I can say is Wow! The food was amazing. Every bite was packed in flavor. I highly recommend the lamb vindaloo which was my favorite of what we ordered. The butter chicken was great and my husband really loved the sweet corn chicken soup. The garlic naan was perfection. I will definitely be returning to try more.
