On a gorgeous morning, hubby and I cruised up north to see what fun we could find in or near Amish country. We ended up hungry so we stopped in the cute little town of Wooster. Yelp turned up several great options for lunch, and we ended up at the Henry Station - a charmingly updated and renovated former Texaco gas station. Food was great, service friendly if a bit slow, and overall we just loved this place! Menu has many European and American options. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Hubby had chicken parm, which was recommended by our server. I had a generous gyro salad. The wall art, ambiance and food make this a place I'd love to visit again. I even picked up a few cute little Hungarian antiques on our way out. Bravo to the Henry Station!

Henry Station is one of our favorite places to dine. The food is always amazing; their salads are fresh, the soups are homemade and delicious, and the quality of it all is superb. Not to mention they give you massive portions! I love this place so much. If you ever want to try a great pizza, give this place a shot. They are amazing! I really like that they have incorporated German and Hungarian dishes with traditional American cusine on their menu (so much to choose from!) The best part of this local establishment is the staff. Tibor and his crew are always prompt to fill our drinks and check on us even on their busiest days. They are so cordial!

I was greeted warmly, seated immediately, waited on quickly. I asked a couple of questions about the menu which were answered expertly. The Hungarian influence is what drew me to the restaurant. I ordered the pierogies and they where delicious, definitely homemade. They came out fast and hot. For dessert, I took the waitresses recommendation on the chocolate Barrel cupcake. It was great.

Phenomenal food. My husband has been looking for a place that makes schnitzel like the kind he had in Germany and we found it. We live two and a half hours away and will be out again soon.

Food was fine, service was slow, by service I mean after the order was placed and time it took for the food to arrive. The servers were nice and polite.The menu had a lot of old world flavors that are nice to see.

I've only ate here a few times I do remember their gyro is pretty good. On the last occasion I just got a small pizza to try and essentially the crust was thin and on seasoned but where else can you order gyro meat which is lamb on a pizza. With a small if you want to try it but they are much better choices for pizza. I will stick to their non Pizza menu in the future.

Chicken and fries were ok but the jojo potatoes and fish were not. Service was ok but we were never asked how our food tasted.
I had the four piece fried chicken with onion rings and coleslaw and the fried chicken is amazing and the coleslaw was to die for. it was some of the best coleslaw I’ve ever had and the onion rings were tasty as well great job and the waiter was good and the owner stopped over a couple times to see how we were doing

Stopped in for lunch for the first time today. My husband and I split the steak Philly sub and the stromboli. Both were fresh and delicious and the staff took great care of everyone dining in. We will be back!

I forgot to review this wonderful restaurant when we visited Wooster a couple of months ago. But the meal was so memorable and I’m craving to go back right now, just to eat here. We had the pork schnitzel, chicken paprikash, and the stuffed cabbage, all cooked and seasoned perfectly. Do not forget to get the potatoes! My mouth is watering right now. And they had a nice bottled German Lager. I highly recommend this restaurant if you enjoy eating good food.

Super good place. Got the pierogies and they were fantastic. The house bread they brought out beforehand was delicious. Friends got calzones and pizza and raved about it. Even the water was tasty! Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Also had a great playlist. All around 5-star experience at The Henry Station!
