Chicken salad came with egg and bacon. Did not state it on the menu when I ordered online. Was disgusted by egg in my salad. I personally don’t eat bacon out of fear of parasites but I know many ppl don’t eat pig for various reasons. Should’ve been listed. Food went to waste. Pretzels were ok but tasted like garlic bread sticks instead of pretzels.
The food may be standard on the face, but it gets so much better when you realize the portions could feed two, and that's the appetizer. Forget that, what really matters here is the service and atmosphere. It's a snug little tavern and has all the trappings to go with it. Definitely suggest.
Had the Cajun chicken alfredo. It was okay. The chili was okay kind of taste like I had cinnamon in it lol service was good. Root beer was okay. I didn't really have anything that stood out. I may come back sometime and try something else
