We went to Wendy's on beall Ave and got to dinner boxes and extra meal. We of course thry forgot items. Called in talk to manager and he was to send me a coupon for missing items well that never came and called again and nothing can be done now. I won't go back

It’s Wendy’s and it’s fast food so can’t expect the greatest meal on earth that’s expected. But please turn up the heat in there it is a dang ice box in that place! I run hot and I like cool temperatures it I even need to wear a jacket when I go in there! Crank up that heat Wendy’s!

It's Wendy's food. Nothing special there. Super busy, and only 1 person running the counter. He was fast, efficient and friendly.

I came with a large group of band kids, as it was our festival night. I, along with around 50 other band kids, came into this location to eat. Despite the fact that there were so many of us, and the location was understaffed, the food still tasted amazing and the servers were still nice. A few of the other students were impatient and became rude, but the staff was still very nice to us. Thank you so much. The Halloween decor was also super cool.

I mean, the people who work here all seem like the nicest people. They look like they are working their back ends off. The food is pretty typical for fast food and for Wendy's. But, I don't know if it is just me, but my order is always wrong or I have to ask for something that they forgot. Every single time. I just don't get it as to how this is possible. They all do look like their fighting for their lives back there. Maybe they need more support? A better system? It really doesn't seem to be the people.

I ordered food through the app and everything was cold, food was missing and I put an allergy warning and they didn't follow it at all, they forgot the sauces that we asked and paid for. Overall the whole experience was horrible. I normally like their food and this was a big disappointment as it was also a birthday surprise for a friend of mine. I'm very upset and for an 80 dollar order I was only able to get 13 back. It also doesn't help that when I called the store to Hopefully get it fixed an associate answered the phone and started yelling and screaming at me.

Monday August 4th almost 5pm came through for a quick dinner. Came through drive through for my mobile order pickup. Unfortunately had to pull back in front because my fries were forgotten. Older gentleman up at the front deserves a lot of kudos as he was running around left and right dealing with lines and customers, making drinks etc while it seemed no one else was working. Someone making dropping chicken nuggets just standing there,not helping and staring awkwardly at customers. Food was lazily made and my frostys were lacking the extra ingredients for the special swirls. Will never be back to this location and I hope that poor gentleman working the front finds a better ran company.

Lettuce was questionable and likely unclean based on the specks of black that were present🤢 fries were ungodly salty. Wanted to call and complain, but the cashier was extra kind, and I felt bad to throw her under the bus with the meal. The service was good the food wasn't worth the wait.

Ordered on the app, got a burger with no onions, mayo, or lettuce. I got my food and went home just to discover there was an insane amount of mayo on the burger. Also didn't give me my drinks until I asked
