First off, we were treated with attitude and ignorance when trying to order. Then, the workers refused to give us our food. Finally, they forgot the straws, spoons, and forks for our meal. Overall horrible and am never going back.

Out of salt, pepper, mustard ketchup. Burgers were over cooked, fries were cold. Tables dirty, counter with lids and other items was dirty. This was not do to understaffing as they had over to 10 people working. All of this and they left things off mine and my wife's order. Won't be going back anytime soon.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! They can't seem to the most basic of orders completed. Like a jr bacon cheese burger without the bacon but say it on the receipt? Completely wrong drinks. Just to name a couple of issues with our order. There ALREADY terrible reputation truly does proceed them.

Said printer was broken so I couldn't get a receipt. Asked for the owners phone number and magically the printer started working. No sense of urgency at this location, they are under staffed and do not care about customer service. If there are more than 2 cars waiting I won't stop.

Food is consistently overcooked and dry. Spent 15 minutes waiting in a short drive thru line just to get cold, overcooked food. Not handing out receipts even when asked so how do you give feedback to Wendy’s management/corporate directly without one?

took 25 minutes in line for one order of nuggets. then i got home to no straws, no ranch, and barely any sauce on the nuggets. guaranteed last time i go to this location as this happens almost every time

Attempted to grab some quick food from this Wendy’s, but as soon as I stepped out of my car I stepped in old fries, coupled with confetti trash EVERYWHERE, among lots more trash in the parking lot. The door was NOT wiped recently, it had spills and grime all over it. I should have left then. The inside was no better, it was just as disgusting as the outside. Random trash left in front of restrooms, and on the floor. It definitely did not look like they had wiped any of the counters, either. We left without ordering.

Went in for breakfast before heading to work… All I ordered was a sausage egg and cheese English muffin meal…. They gave me a croissant instead so I took it back up to the counter to get it fixed… so they gave me a croissant again and they told me it was an English muffin…. I opened it up and said um that’s a croissant . 20 mins waiting just for them to give me the correct order . Yall can’t be that dumb
