I got there and I ordered a cheese fry and they gave me a cheese fry with chili and while I was walking, the cheese was open they left it open and it spilt on the floor in my shoe and I had to clean it up and they left bacon on the burger whenever I asked for no bacon. Thats it.

I just went through the drive thru today and ordered 10 piece nugget with plain baked potato.Normally, I don't receive poor enough service to warrant the time to leave a review from any restaurant or fast food place, but this time is drastically different.For starters, the girls at the drive thru window said not one word to me. Looked like they hated their jobs (which I get since its fast food). But you should at least put in the effort to fake it and have a good face for the customer.They forgot my Ghost Pepper Ranch for the nuggets. They forgot my straw and my utensils. They forgot all of those for my coworkers order as well.We were lucky enough to keep extra utensils and straws at my place of employment... check your bag for missing food/items before you leave the window at this place.

I would leave a no star for this place if possible the worker hands me a Coke Zero with pop dripping from the glass it’s all the over my cars door how irresponsible can people be ? didn’t even offer any napkins

Every separate location I have been to the food was always cold, not sandwiches you order are never made right, and the place is pretty much ran by a bunch of kidsKid-friendliness: Little kids love it.Wheelchair accessibility: Most locations don't have an entrance way wide enough for a wheelchair to go through the door

Cold frys. Crispy Chicken Sandwich must have set quite a while, not chrispy,, but hard. Staff mostly talking. Cashier forgot my ap coupon, then didn't scan it, so I didn't recieve points. My wife stood at counter for 4 minutes with no one in line, and no help for Ketchup.They had plenty on staff, just wasn't on their game.
