Would give zero stars on the night shifts..have nothing but problems if u take orders till 1230am then make sure u complete orders I don't get how u expect $15 an hr but yet can't even do the work what a joke

Went there to eat after church and I got a takis meal no special fry’s no takis bag and my stomach did not feel good no even 10 mins later and no drinks unless you like zero sugar or diet the seating area was disgusting would not recommend

Bought a large chili tonight. Total waste of money!! The meat was bad. Tries calling them 6 times no voice mail set up. Ended up tossing in the trash

Went thru drive thru for lunch . The first kid at window didn't say a word to me . Just swiped the card gave it back never even looked at me . The 2nd window.... just rude. Handed me bags of food and closed the door . Had to get his attention for my drinks he didn't give me . Then I asked for straws and ketchup... would of thought I asked for the world with how he looked at having to hand them to me. I then told him to have a wonderful day. And he closed the window in my face... no words cane from his mouth at all. Very poor customer service.

I always order the same sandwich bacon double stack no mustard add Mayo it's not hard and they just cannot get it right ever so now Burger King it is

I went through the drive through Saturday may 31 2025 at 6:30 pm didn't get half of the food so turned around went in and wow that place was disgusting I would have NEVER ordered food if I would have known what the inside looked like there was shovels full of fry's all over the floor and hamburger patties on the floor along with the condiment packets the lobby was a wreck I got the food that was missing we tried to eat the food and it was so cold and disgusting it wasn't ate what a waste of 25 bucks and the kicker is I didn't even get a receipt! I will not be going back and Wayne county health department will be called Monday !!!! Pictures of the food was taken along with the temp just purchased a Ir thermometer at harbor freight half hr prior and never thought I would be using it !
Everyone, including the manager's does an amazing job every time I come thru Joey also. Keep up the good work like yall always do!

As is every other place, they are short staffed maybe?!? Waited for a bit to get my food. I’m obviously fine with fresh food but… The fries weren’t full, the nuggets weren’t really fresh, and they for my bbq. What does one expect from a fast food last dinner?

Wish I could give this place a quarter of a star .its not even worth one star . The food is always wrong . You always have to pull up and wait . I hate going to this one to get food . They always have a excuse of why the food is wrong . It's a joke they need some new management and some teaching on how to do their jobs.
