We stopped on Sat. at around noon. No other customers in line. Manager was at the counter interviewing a new hirer. Employee was trying to clock in at register. We stood there for about Five minutes and weren't even acknowledged. We left after the manager went over to the drive through and started bagging orders. Sad customer service !!!

Every single time I come here multiple things are wrong with my order. The staff is so hesitant to talk to customers and no one seems to know what’s going on Consistently disappointed Edit- I’m also always missing an item if not more than one. Literally missing most of my chicken nuggets :/

Ate there on Friday, March 20th around 6:20pm. The dining area was empty and no one being waited on. No line in drive thru. Dining area was dirty. The employees did not have any work shirts on. No gloves or hair nets. Fry guy was whipping his nose with his hands and then dishing up fries. Never washed hands. Register person was scratching his head then grabbing our food to put on tray. Who knows what else is happening in the back that a customer can’t see. Hope this will help to change things before you loose all your customers.

I sat in the drive though at the order board for long time! Nobody answered. Drove to the window. They then ignored us!! Told us they would take our order at the window. The proceed to tell us they can't. The worst experience! And then told us to get back into the long line. They were very rude. Then proceed grabbing nuggets without gloves and throwing them into my back. I will NEVER be coming here again. I feel like they were dirty enough to spit in my child's kids meal. That is how rude they were! -0/10.

Rude people all around. The girl in the kitchen was putting her hair up with the gloves and went right back to work. I walked out and called the manager to let them know what was going on. He offered me my order for free so I accepted. I get half way through my sandwich and yup you guessed it.... I find a long blond hair! Needless to say I won't be back. This place is a joke!

Went through drive thru. Messed up my order. Went inside. They made another sandwich.. still not correct . Finally got it right on the third try. No apology. By the way I ordered a baked potato...no fork. Never coming back to this Wendy's.

New owners got rid of sweet tea, managers agreed one of the most popular drinks.
Very slow service at this location, ask for my veterans discount and some little short lady would have attitude said she was a GM and Wendy's doesn't do veterans discounts so I'm not sure how she elevated to this position without the knowledge because it's clearly on the app and after I called the customer service corporate line for Wendy's they were more than apologetic and would be happy to reassure me of a gift card being mailed and a reprimand of their general manager who by the way was very disgusted by even the mention of a veterans discount. Never had any other store refuse me in the Wendy's family clearly this store is on its own program that needs a full reprimand of customer service and attitude.

Well I asked for a chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets. They gave me bacon on top of my chicken sandwich. I had to remove the bacon because I'm Muslim, and this happened about 5-7 times. Sadly I will never eat from there again.
