I ordered a #1 meal and 3 biggie bags for my kids on the app for pickup in the drive thru. I waited in line for a good 15 minutes before I decided to go inside to pick up, when I got inside one man was in the back on his phone and a woman was at drive thru, saw me but said nothing. There was another man working as well but looked lost and was just roaming around. Another woman came from the restroom and I told her I had an order for pickup, she then asked if I may have placed at a different store because they didn't have it so I pulled my phone out to check and at this point I wish it was for a different location because when I checked the food it was old and cold. The tea I asked for was out so it was replaced with a coke, I asked for the sandwiches to be remade and I was irritated atvthis point because i had ordered a half hour prior. When I got the food home my burger was still pink in the center and half the fries were so crunchy it was like chips and the other were still cold and soggy. I work fast food myself so I can understand being short staffed or getting a rush and needing to catch up, but there were 3 cars in drive thru and one family eating in. I saw no reason for the service to be as terrible as it was.

Went inside because the line outside was long. We waited 40 minutes before we had food. Sat down and the order was wrong. The resteraunt was dirty. The floor felt slimy. The poor girl at the register was trying to keep up. Other people were getting wrong orders. Felt like very poor management.

Went to Wendy's on 12/18/25 at about 5:50pm and had to wait at the counter for several minutes to take our order. We got a small chili which had no meat and was very spicy, (we did not eat it). Had no regular drinks in the machine out front so I had to go back to the counter to get root beer from the dispenser for the drive through. My wife's chicken sandwich had lots of dill pickles on it and she had requested none. No crackers, or ketchup was available. Seems like all Wendy's are going down hill. Last time here.

I placed a mobile order on the app. I showed up and was told that they didn't have half of my order. They asked if I wanted to substitute the item. I said no thanks just cancel it. I left the drive thru and checked the app a few minutes later and they had charged me for the entire order anyway! After I told them to cancel it! I had to go all the way back and go inside to get a refund for food I never got! Oh but here's a coupon for a free small sandwich for my trouble. Dirty move Wendy's! Waste my time and offer me a sandwich that costs you pennies? Crocked! Lost a customer!

Took 20 minutes to get my order in the dining room with 2 people in front of me. All for a son of baconator meal. Then it was cold. Fries were also cold. Now I have no lunch left so I'm eating cold food.

I ordered a Dave's double with no pickles and an Asiago chicken sandwhich. Both had pickles on them. The chicken sandwich wasn't even supposed have any on their in the first place. Thank God I checked otherwise an allergy issue would have come into play. Other than that the service was rude, rushed and sub-par even by fast food standards.

Went through drive thru after a lengthy wait ordered a frosty from a very rude unpleasant young lady working drive thru no people skills, she over charged us for med frosty then handed out to us with her 3 middle fingers in the frosty. Disgusting and unprofessional we toss the frosty out. Never will eat at this Wendy's restaurant again.

This was a drive-thru purchase today. I made the mistake of ordering my Coke zeros but forgot to tell them that I didn't want ice. This is a mistake that has been made before I'm sure but the older person at the window was really nasty about it and was making some comments to another employee about me. I didn't appreciate that. They need to have some education and training on their customer service. All that said, your food was excellent. I would shop there again.
