I LOVE WILD GINGER and try to grab lunch here every time I'm in town.Their "Lunch Trio "SoupSaladRollI always get the Wild Ginger Garden Salad, Hot and Sour Soup, and whatever Maki Roll I'm in the mood for. Today it was an Alaska Roll.Their hot and sour soup is the best I've ever had. I got 4 quarts to take home, and almost always get 2-6 quarts, depending on what the Mrs wants for dinner. It freezes well also.The wild ginger garden salad with their house...

Decent. Used to be much better, sadly. Egg rolls still better than most, as are soups. The menu has lots of variety, but consistency isn’t there like once was. Loved the Hong Kong restaurant, it’s predecessor. Like many establishments, short on help and the 1 server was running her legs off.
