Not a local. Driving through area. Heard good pizza and fried chicken. Gave it a try. Placed order. Took over an hour to get food. In the meantime, several other customers had issues with orders as well. Looks like owners need to get managers in line to manage the rest of staff. Everyone there was nice, just took forever and seen alot of mad local customers. Food was great!

Ordered the deep dish pizza. It was ready for pickup at the given time. We opened the box at home. It was just a regular pizza with high rim. Not what I expected. The crust bland. Pizza was barely warm. We tossed the leftovers.

We ordered delivery. Price was reasonable and delivery time was not bad (about 40 minutes). I was disappointed that they did not make the pizza correctly. Was supposed to be half cheese, half pepperoni and mushroom. Receipt confirmed they had the info correct, but they made the whole pizza with toppings so my daughter did not get any pizza. I was equally disappointed when I took a bite and found that the pizza had no flavor at all. Dipping it in the marinara sauce that came with the garlic bread helped a little, but not much. The garlic bread was ok, and the giant chocolate chip cookie was ok, so not a total loss but I threw away most of the pizza as I can't imagine it would improve overnight. Won't be ordering from here again.

My wife ordered a large gourmet pizza, potato wedges, chicken wings and jalapeño poppers. I was with her as she waited 5 minutes after being put on hold to order, told it would be 40 minutes. Stop to pick up our order and was told they had no such order and no orders for the name she gave. All 3 employees looked and acted like they had no idea what was going on. So left with no food and no excuse. As we were arriving home, 20 minutes away, my wife called back to ask how the order was never received when she was given a price and time to pick up. At that point the employee said they DID have the order after all and we could come and pick it up!! No apologies or even a discount to drive back to pick up our now cold order! That didn't happen.

Customer service on the phone was the most disrespectful I have ever experienced. Due to a disagreement over a chicken sub that was the most awful thing I've ever tried to eat. I called the store 3xs and was hung up on, even waited to call the next day to talk to the manager and was hung up on even from him. (Bob Hope) if that's even his name. What a shame.

Your Pizza is the pizza of my youth (I’m 60 now). I was thrilled several years ago when they reopened in Wooster. However, I was less than thrilled with the couple x I got their pizza. The flavor wasn’t there, toppings were limited (despite being listed on the menu), and sauce was barely there. Flash forward 3 years. I decided, with trepidation, to order again from them last night. Pizza with pepperoni, banana peppers, extra cheese. It was SUPER! I will definitely be going back, and it will be less than three years, now. Good work, YP!

I ordered dinner on 7/30/24 this part of my first review about my order.I ended up having to make something for the boys for dinner the food was burnt, nuggets were like hockey pucks.fries got only 3 of them only thing good was how polite the driver was an didn't get my 2 liter of root beer either. I paid $44.77 for this meal.the food shouldn't have been sent out like that, maybe they need to be retrain on how to change burnt oil.and to know what a full order of fries are to look like And to check out the order before it leaves the restaurant,an make sure everything is there for the driver.

Stood at the counter for ten mins while two different people looked at me from the back! Actually had to call while standing at the counter to get someone to come take my order.... Never again worst over priced pizza we have ever had!! Tried to give our dogs some NOPE they wouldnt touch it and our dogs eat everything! So it went in the trash! Never again!

Marinara sauce changed, your so...TACO BELL INCONSISTENT. Still pretty tasty, although the smooth basil, marinara and fennel in the sausage pizza was replaced with too much pepper and onion. The pie completely lost it's former easily digested quality; for indigestion.
Parking: 10 ish parking spots. Can be tricky backing out next to Dino's and the traffic light.
