Was so awesome to get some great German food! In Tiffin, of all places. I managed to forget my Bavarian Burger, and didn't figure it out until I got home. Went back and they remembered that one didn't get picked up. So they made me a fresh one. Great bunch of people. I hope they find a reason to come back. I will try to catch them now that I can see their schedule.

Had the pork schnitzel sandwich... Delicious!! I was a little leary of the "secret sauce", but it went VERY well with the sandwich! And, the sandwich was quite large... could barely eat it all (but of course I did!).
Finding "A Cut Above" food truck was an unexpected delight in Dayton, a city not known for its German culinary offerings.. The heartwarming welcome by the owners makes every visit special, enveloping you in a sense of family. Frau Schnitzel even offered tips for my upcoming trip to Germany, all while serving the most authentic schnitzel, bratwurst, and kartoffelsalat. It's more than just food here; it's an experience, wrapping you in genuine German hospitality...
