Went in for lunch and the bartender Tawney was very nasty and rude, my friend and I could hear her say she isn’t waiting on us because we don’t tip enough. Notified the manager and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I will not be back I was very disappointed in staff.

Service here is horrible, stood in the Togo area for over 15 minutes, not a single employee acknowledged me or even asked why I was standing in Togo. The server Michelle d never once said excuse me, just kept pushing past me and making me step out of the way, she was extremely rude. Never saw a manager once

Went for dinner. Got their 2 for $25 deal - 1 appetizer, 2 entrees from a select list. Ordered the onion rings for the appetizer. They were big and delicious. Ordered the grilled cheese cheeseburger and half rack of ribs, both with fries. The fries were too salty and flimsy. Needed to be cooked more. The bartender was our server. I know she was busy but we had to ask for eating utensils and napkins. Did not get any plates for the appetizer. The manager did stop by our table and asked how our meals were. We told him our concerns. He offered to make us some new fries but we were all ready to leave. Fries to go wouldn't be good cold.

Read the reviews! My Salmon was burnt! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! THE WORST SERVICE I'VE HAD IN THE AREA! THE MANAGER HAS NO CLUE WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS! THE BARTENDER TELLS A PATRON I WAS MAD! THEN WAS THREATED BY A GUY AT THE BAR! THEY DON'T HAVE WHAT IS ON THE MENU!
THIS PLACE SHOULD BE ON THE MAURY SHOW. SEE A WAITER YELLING AT CO WORKERS AND I'M SUPPOSED TO EAT MY FOOD IN PEACE! I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE!
