Drive-thru order was prepared quickly. The meat wasn’t quite on the bun but it tasted fine. $5.99 for a basic sandwich is a bit much.

We ordered our food and was told they were waiting on fries and asked to pull up. We waited 15mins when I asked if they were almost ready and we were told there was a mistake and they were remaking our food. Which happens, but we then waited 30 more mins to just be told they lost our order due to a new employee. They made no attempt to help us and were unapologetic when we asked for a refund. We will not be back to this location.
Ordered a French Dip and not only was the sandwich cold But so was the Aju Sauce. Won't ever go back

Whitney (xenia management) decided it was okay to have an attitude because she had to simply answer the phone because her female staff who was working the driveway claimed "WE (Arbys staff) are only allowed to give 2 sauce packets per vehicle" even after we ordered 4 meals! (she refused to give me the name for this review) Whitney (or Whiney in this case) then stated that's not an actual rule, and she wasn't sure why the un named staff claimed that, and said there was nothing more she could do about it. Pretty sad Fast Food is more hastle than restaurants these days. Steer CLEAR!

Manager with silver hair was cussing and talking down to the entire staff, snatching money from customers and just rude. Very slow service

Gentleman at the window went to bat for me with a manager that didn't want to hand my order out the window. I'd be ashamed to have a manager on my team that wouldn't take a simple step to help a customer. My daughter and I had been on the road for 2 hours. It was late. We were trying to just get home with food in hand. I went to go in as usual and noticed my daughter was asleep and needed a diaper change. Instead of making the road trip longer, I decided to attempt to get our order through the drive thru window (my wife ordered through the app). I waved down an employee and explained. He went to his manager who told him that I'd have to come inside. I explained the situation to him and he was hesitant but told me if I pulled forward, he would run my order out. Customer retention is difficult and not always an exact science. One of your managers almost lost a loyal customer but luckily you had a star team member in place. I hope you see this. Thank you, sir.

We tried the new Kings Hawaiian Brown Sugar Bacon BLT today for lunch. It was pitiful...nothing but crumbled pieces of bacon! We were disappointed especially considering the cost of the sandwiches! Another case of paying more for less!
