Staff messed up my order… put the wrong kind of milkshake in, wrong quantities of milkshakes, and spoke very rude when I said I couldn’t hear them at the drive thru thing. They then wouldn’t give me the right number of milkshakes without charging me and wouldn’t apologize. Trash customer service. Horrible experience. Will not recommend this Arby’s to anyone and will be boycotting it myself.

Ordered a mobile order with their app. I placed my order and picked it up by 10:15pm (they close at midnight) I ordered a large milkshake and I was told after the order was placed and I was at the window that the machine was already cleaned for the night. I didn’t get a refund and was told to come back another time for another one. It’s weird I’m not going to come back and ask for a random milkshake that no one knows about. I lost $5+

No stars for this place. I ordered a French dip sandwich reg fries and large coke. I received the sandwich with no dip aujus and a med diet coke.
When I called to talk with the manager I received no help, not even sorry that happened.

I ordered a Hawaiian fish sandwich. Really good. One of my favorites. Nice Arby's that is quick, friendly and accurate. I didn't rate atmosphere as I didn't go in.

Drive-thru order was prepared quickly. The meat wasn’t quite on the bun but it tasted fine. $5.99 for a basic sandwich is a bit much.

We ordered our food and was told they were waiting on fries and asked to pull up. We waited 15mins when I asked if they were almost ready and we were told there was a mistake and they were remaking our food. Which happens, but we then waited 30 more mins to just be told they lost our order due to a new employee. They made no attempt to help us and were unapologetic when we asked for a refund. We will not be back to this location.

Ordered a French Dip and not only was the sandwich cold But so was the Aju Sauce. Won't ever go back
