Gentleman at the window went to bat for me with a manager that didn't want to hand my order out the window. I'd be ashamed to have a manager on my team that wouldn't take a simple step to help a customer. My daughter and I had been on the road for 2 hours. It was late. We were trying to just get home with food in hand. I went to go in as usual and noticed my daughter was asleep and needed a diaper change. It's been years since I've been in this Arby's because I used to avoid it. It was always dirty and just looked unkept. I was in town and I really wanted a beef and cheddar so I figured I would just grab some food to go. I was pleasantly surprised to see how much it's changed for the better.
