This place was absolutely disgusting! Carpets were dirty, booths were dirty and sticky, the menus were sticky and dirty. The bathroom was nasty and the urinals look like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like.

I decided to take my family for a late breakfast this morning. My son's has browns were mostly all uncooked, when telling the cashier she couldn't shut me up fast enough. I wasn't asking for it to be taken off my bill , I was simply letting them know they needed to watch.... Raw potatoes can throw asthmatics into an asthma attack... She didn't need to be rude

I eat at Bob Evans quite often. I ordered the meal for 2 and one entree was chicken tenders. They were so dried out I had a hard time pulling the apart for my dog. So far the rest of the meal was good and this is the 1st time I've felt the need to complain.

Excellent - staff friendly even though it was rainy and cold outside. Atmosphere was welcoming, Fast and efficient. Waitress extremely helpful with substitution of american cheese instead of blue cheese. Great service.
