Got biscuits and gravy and bacon, and a cappuccino. All the food was pretty good and worth the money but it took a very long time and i was never given a highchair, workers didn’t seem to pleased to be there but overall okay visit

I was sat at a table for the past 20 minutes and I didn't get any service for 15 minutes and when I did get service the server popped a attitude when I said I was ready for the past 5 minutes don't bring your friends or family here if you want good service

Double blueberry pancakes were excellent. Server was helpful. Atmosphere a bit dated, but not too loud, able to have a table conversation without distractions.

Very disappointed… greeted by the gm at the front door who has absolutely no personality… was taken care of by a server doing her best… she was the only one on… for 12 tables and it kept getting busier, asked for water 3 times before finally getting a refill… ate my entire meal without a drink… still tipped 25%…. But where is the staff? Dirty windows… dust… no help from management
They all look the same. Yet service and food differ. Wilmington you will get cold food poor service and long wait. Fortunately not the case in xenia. Solid 4

Laid back, relaxed, kinda like home place to go for a good meal served by friendly people. Seems like a no-brainer place to choose for a home style meal and my family loves to go here where we generally eat too much. But our dogs love the leftovers! There's an indirect connection between us and the manager that we NEVER abuse but always are mindful of that helps keep things on track. 🙃

This place doesn’t consider the sanitary condition of their high chairs at all. The strap on the first was was broken so I asked for a new one and all the high chairs were absolutely disgusting with left over food all over them, food on the straps that buckle them in, and they were so dirty when you touched them you could feel just how grimy they were when I asked for it to be wiped off the server used a dirty wet rag that they use to wipe all the table down so we had to use a bunch of baby wipes in an attempt to clean it ourselves. The food wasn’t terrible but the condition of the place especially the high chairs is below par and there was a huge pile of cigarette butts on the grown right next to the door. Bob Evan’s used to be good but they seriously need to step up with their sanitation and the attitude of their staff could have been much friendlier.
