Ordered and paid for 2 Whopper with cheese combos. Glad I checked the bag before leaving, I only had 1 order of fries in the bag. I wish I'd checked it a little better, because when I got home I realized that I got 2 double Whopper with ONLY cheese combos. Annoying as hell that they can't get your order correct, but they keep hiking prices...almost $23 for to medium Whopper combos. Time to STOP going to Burger King in Xenia!

While my dining experience was unfortunately marred by the poor food quality, I must commend the exceptional customer service I received. The food itself was disappointing, with the fries tasting distinctly of rancid oil, indicating a clear issue with the cooking process. However, the service provided by Trinity was truly outstanding. She was incredibly friendly and kind, making a genuine effort to ensure a positive interaction. Moreover, she was remarkably efficient, clearing the line swiftly and professionally. Her excellent service significantly mitigated the negative impact of the subpar food. If not for Trinity, this review would have been far more critical.

You sit and wait over half hour for food and then they don't have what you order and also don't even put all of your items in the bag.
This place use to have such great customer service. Everyone always smiling, and being kind and orders were correct the first time..I'm not sure if they are short staffed or people just are that way bit either way. Fix it .
