Terrible service. Horrible long wait times inside and drive through. I shouldn't be in a drive through 30 minutes with a very little line. Unexceptional. Waiting this long in a drive through with kids is so unexceptional. Every car is waiting at the widow long wait times. I hope this place hires more people and gets drive through under control. This is horrible.

I love our bk food is always hot and only once in awhile you may miss something in your order but they are quick to fix it. Unlike most places in this town where your food is either cold or lots missing and jumping through hoops to fix it with lots of attitude this place is never that. We thank our bk small but mighty staff for all they do

I really like Burger King more specifically I love the rodeo burger however I find that I can drive from Xenia to Fairborn and then back home and get my food quicker than if I went to the Burger King that’s two minutes away from my house here in Xenia. It’s always at the very least a 30 minute wait if you get in the drive-through and for some reason it’s even worse if you go inside it looks like every employee does not want to be there and I honestly feel bad for ordering food like I’m bothering someone. It’s honestly a great location. But something needs to be done about the extremely slow service. Nobody wants to pay five dollars for two sandwiches and have to wait upwards of 45 minutes to get them. While watching the lion Cook text message someone on their cell phone or getting looks by the employees as they walk by because you have nothing else to do but to stare at them and wonder what the hell they’re doing.

I wish I could rate this place negative stars. I just sat in the drive-thru line for about 15 minutes before I got tired of waiting and left. I will never waste my time going here again. Nothing on their menu is worth waiting that long for

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Unless its breakfast, the breakfast crew is pretry good. Went there with my husband tonight and the man at the drivethrough was incredibly rude. Didnt even let us finish our order before getting an attitude. Preceded to tell us how sick they were, and then told us to go somewhere else. Which we were more than happy to oblige. Not going to pay hard earned money for sub par service with a side of flu and extra attitude. When did it become acceptable to treat your paying customers like dirt. If this is the quality of your staff I strongly suggest you reassess your standards. Thats okay though, my husband wanted Burger King, I wanted Wendys so I actually did have it my way.

Get pulled when I’m the only person in the drive thru, I nicely pull forward to only be brought my food and they just dump all the fries upside down in the bag?
