I don't know what happened to Burger King (at least the ones near & around me), but they've become one of the worst fast food restaurant options. I used to love Burger King... Now, I'd rather be hungry.

Get pulled when I’m the only person in the drive thru, I nicely pull forward to only be brought my food and they just dump all the fries upside down in the bag?

I am not sure what has happened to this store, I am not sure if they are short staffed or the staff doesn't care about customer service. The people at the drive through are always short with conversation, often closing the window while you are asking questions or just shoving the food out the window. I am not sure if the recipes have changes but the food presentation shows they don't go beyond. My chicken nuggets have been cold and burnt the last few times and I never get the sandwich requests I ask for. (I.E: Onions give me a migraine, I ask for no onions and there is onions on the sandwich) I gave up requesting it be fixed and went to which nuggets which turns out isn't the move either. I'll keep an eye on reviews and see if this location improves before I go back.

It's bullshit. A girl .I can't call her a woman because she wasnt acting like one......in Xenia on this day at this time...no one in the drive-thru but me....she had 0 customer service and was extremely rude to my son and I. She acted like taking our order was the worst thing she ever had to do in her life. This was through the drive thru...I called to complain to the manager because of how poor she treated us...and this said woman kept hanging up on me in mid sentence because she simply didn't want to be called out on her lack there of in customer service. This is not a Karen situation, this is a real life scenario of someone being miserable with their job who is treating customers like garbage. Don't go there. Not with that staff

We stopped because of the play place for my 3 year old son. No play place anymore, just more storage space.. it was pretty dead in the lobby and still nobody was cleaning the lobby and it took about 20 minutes to get our food.. although the food did come out fresh and hot

I sat in the drive-thru line for so long that my car started to overheat, so I had to keep turning it on and off. But, we had already paid online, and it’s one of those lines that you can’t get out of. Then, once I got up to the window, there were no apologies, or any kindness. However, the food was correct when I finally received it! That doesn’t always happen there!

i've come here several times because it's an easy stop for breakfast between my house and work. I would say the food is okay at best but this morning I went to make my usual stop around 6:45am (which is when i usually stop) and was greeted by the person at the window telling me that they weren't open yet even though according to their posted store hours they had opened almost an hour prior. If you have your hours posted on your storefront and on Google, you should probably stick to those hours.
