The person that waited/took our order, i don't know if she was stoned or what , but for one said they didn't have bell peppers. When I asked what the little green things were on the menue that showed bell peppers on the pictured pizza she said all they had were habaneros. I side no, the little cut up ones are bell peppers. Then I asked for garlic butter to dip my bread Stix in and she said that she couldn't give it to me because it wasn't cooked?!?!?! It seems as though I was being told what I was aloud to have verses what I wanted. When did customer service get that way?!

We really loved this place! We have Cassanos in Cincinnati but they arent as nice as this one. The young man at the counter was very nice and worked his tail off. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the pizza was just a little too dark for my taste.

It would seem like a trend going on here. We ordered 2 subs and a small pizza. We got the pizza in a timely manner but noticed 2 sub. Boxes in the to go area. We ate the pizza waiting for a few minutes, I'd say close to 30. My wife went to check and they were our subs. They were cold and this isn't the first bad service we got there. My last 4 visits l ordered steak subs. Deluxe with cheese and mushrooms. My last 5 subs were a big disappointment.

This is the last time we come to the Xenia location! We waited almost 30 minutes for a simple dine in order after waiting for 10 minutes to place our order,our food was very poorly put together and we spent $40 here when we should've just gone across the street to Applebee's! We only came here because they were the least busy restaurant on that side of town and now I know why. Rude employees,poor quality of food and oh yes! I had to change my grandson ON THE COLD NASTY FLOOR OF THE RESTROOM!! Get it together,Cassanos's

This company has the worst customer service they royaly screwed up my order several months ago and tell me if I want a refund I have to return their mistake to the store that was delivered which I did and vowed to not order there again well I made the mistake of ordering there tonight and once again they "the call center" screwed up my order I ordered delivery Mind you, the call center? Representative took my address and then apparently changed the order to take out. Told me it was going to be 40 minutes and after an hour and a 1/2 when I didn't receive my pizza. I called and they treated me like I made the mistake. So please don't make the same mistake I did by ordering from this pizza establishment. You will be sorely disappointed.

The quality of this pizza has gone WAY down. This is the 2nd time I have gotten a pizza that tastes stale, hard overcooked and that's with ordering extra sauce and cheese! Thank you for my refund. Do better.

1 star because we can't put zero and absolutely joke of a pizza place the delivered us a ruined 40 dollar order that was cold and were extremely rude afterwards there version of making it right was crediting us 6 dollars! There are at least 4 other far better pizza places in Xenia area stay away from this hole.

We ordered 2 large pizza and 5 drinks. After a while we started wondering where our pizza was so we went to the counter. One of our pizzas was in a to go box sitting in the window. The other wasn’t there. THEY made a mistake and made 1 large and 1 extra large pizza so they were remaking the other pizza while the one was cooling off. They gave us the large that had been ready and half of our group began to eat the luke warm pizza. When the other large pizza arrived it was very warm. The girl apologized for the mistake.
I asked why they didn’t just bring the extra large, I was told company policy. So the company would rather people sit and wait longer, not eat together as a group, eat 1 lukewarm and 1 warm pizza. That doesn’t make sense, they just lost 6 customers!

Not only do I not recommend the pizza I don't recommend the worst pizza company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Thursday night my wife ordered online a pizza that would take us well over an hour to receive via delivery. When the pizza finally did arrive the driver all but tossed it to my wife and ran off our porch. when opening the box we would find an ice cold lot of poorly made food that not even my 5 year old pizza eating toddler would touch. So I made the call to the store asking to rectify the situation upset our dinner was ruined after a hard day's work only to be told I was being recorded and given the run around then once offered a replacement pizza as they should have went still had all but one corner my son snatched they went back and told us they had no delivery driver and would give us a credit of 6 dollars on a ruined 40 dollar order! Pizza king has seen the last order in this home, they do poor business and are robbing people with crap pizza and poor service.
