When I have a craving for Chipotle in the future, I am avoiding this location... I came in on a Saturday afternoon and it appeared to be fully staffed. however it took 30 mins to get through the line that was backed up to the door!! One dude taking everyone's order and the other just standing at the register... They are always out of something whether it's protein or veggies....

Rude worker blamed me for her accidentally charging someone else for my bowl. And then purposely took my vinaigrette out of the while i wasn’t looking! Truly horrible experience that ruined my day

Worst location. Food was served cold as if you just pulled your bowl out of the fridge. One of the employees also said they didn’t have most of the ingredients to serve for several weeks. This place is always disappointing. I don’t think they are holding the managers accountable for doing their jobs at this location. You’re better off making the drive to either the Chipotle at The Greene shopping center or the Chipotle by the Beavercreek Fairfield mall.

This Chipotle is always the same thing, never have protein, rice or beans…..They are always missing something. I wish people actually liked where they work because apparently the people that work in this location HATE their job, and it shows when you enter the premises. Food, Service and Atmosphere sucks 100%

Why would you make a bowl? If you didn't have fajita stuff and then tell a customer. It's 5 minutes if they want to wait. And you've already screwed up their order once.No more xenia, chipotle

Only one person taking care of front of store. Line all the way to the door. Girl working front left twice and no one replaced her. Once for 2 or 3 minutes and once for probably 10 minutes. I spent about 40 minutes in the store

The portions depend on who you get. One of the guys who works there will skimp on everything, even if you order double.
What caused me to leave this review , though, was the only guy doing the food on the line kept wiping his nose on his gloves, scratched his hair and ears and messed with his hat, all with the same gloves on and was ready to make my food.
Never again will I eat there. Disgusting to be on the front line like that.
