Women's restroom was filthy! Dirt on floor, toilet paper on floor, no toilet paper in holder. Had to wait on white rice and Adobe ranch. Entrance is dirty, grimmy, greasy mess. Tables all dirty, no one wiped them the whole time we were there, which was quite a while, as there was a long waiting line too. Speciality drinks were all empty.

Every time I’ve come here it’s a bad experience , one time they were out of cheese , yes CHEESE , this time they forgot to bag my salsa with my order and gave me a tiny skim of rice at the bottom of my bowl, NOT TO MENTION I ordered 2 bags of chips and 3/4 of the bag was broken chips and crumbs… place is slow , employees rude . If you can go to any other chipotle I highly suggest it , avoid this one at all costs

Not sure what is happening here but last 2times we were here the service was very slow and the place is not clean. Today the drink area and the tables were all dirty, no forks in bins, not busy but no one cleaning up seating area.
The food is almost always made wrong in some way wether that’s a wrong ingredient or a missing one or give very small amounts

Worst food and service i’ve ever received at a Chipotle. I asked for white rice and the guy gave me a half of a scoop of rice, when I asked for a little more he told me no because they were saving for a catering order. My burrito was 1/4 of the size it normally is when I attend a Chipotle. It is absolutely ridiculous that a paying customer standing inside a chipotle is told no to having a full serving of something that is included in their order. If I’m paying 10$ for a burrito the least I could do Is get a full serving of rice.

I waited in line for over 30 minutes with only 3 people in front of me. they ran out of Guac and lettuce and after asking for fajitas they told me they’d have to make them because they hadn’t gotten to it yet. the bathrooms were also filthy with bugs in the toilet and no toilet paper or soap.
