ZERO STARS. I purchased an online order through the app on 6/15/25 for $21.98 an hour before closing time to be picked up. I arrived for pick up after paying with debit card within 20 minutes and they were closed. I have all of my bank records showing they took my money from my account. The next day I went in to the store to get my money back and the guy who opened the store said they unexpectedly had to close early last night but he saw my purchase and took care of it. He said it might take 3 or 4 business days but the money would be credited back to my account. Well that never did happen so the guy was lying and the place stole money from me. They are now permanently closed and I have been trying to get my money back for several weeks. No luck whatsoever. This leaves me no choice but to report this theft activity to the police. I placed orders with this business close to twice a week for several years. I have well over a hundred cups at home to prove it and this is how they treat me. Just wonderful.

We used to love Cousin Vinnie's, we went there every week. The last 3 times we went there the pizza was no good. I thought I would give them another chance. We haven't been there in 3 months. So I told the guy taking my order. He was rude and acted like he didn't care. When my Grandson picked up the pizza he said the guy was rude and giving him dirty looks and attitude. The pizza was still was no good. But the main thing is the people working there are rude and hateful people. We won't be going back!

Zero stars 👎🏻. Placed an order for delivery at 12.. tried calling at 2:45 to get an update, no answer. 3:00 rolls around, they’re closed & no food delivered. Tipped 20% through app on top of delivery fee & cash on hand for additional tip. NEVER AGAIN. Stop hiring people who do not want to work!

I have never had a worse experience at any restaurant as I had tonight. Both dark haired goateed men working there tonight were HORRIBLY rude. Very short and rude when taking the order, even more rude at pickup. I asked why the shorter guy was being so mean and angry and he dropped the pizza on the counter and walked away running his mouth at me. Never gave me my receipt, the taller one stood by and wached his buddy berate me for calling him out. No apologies, just basically told to leave. When I didn't leave immediately, I let them know I would not be back again and that my experience with them was inexcusable! Their reaction to me was "GOOD!" ..have a nice night in a very sarcastic tone. The food was cold, tasted half cooked and rushed. I am baffled at how rude, unkind and unprofessional both of them handled a customer both on the phone and in person. There is no excuse for that!

Always get good service and pizza from here. It's always hot. I do pick it up didn't do delivery so it could be different and oh yeah the cheese bread good too. Got to try a hoagie.

Very ghetto Called and order the guy was short on the phone did not really listen to the order well Went to her to pick up my order and bring it back home Realize the steak hoagie that I asked for with banana pepper, mushroom, and pizza sauce just had banana pepper and every now and in a mushroom and lots of cheese Very poor ran business

Omg...I am so upset...I am in complete shocked at what an employee said to me tonight when I called in after getting my order after I picked it up!!! I got home and my chicken Philly sandwich was dry with no sauce...I have on my ticket BBQ sauce....they failed to add it. So I called and the Caucasian man said to me...man look Im not dealing withthat right now and hung up. I didn't know what to say I was in complete shock...I am a paying customer I couldn't believe he didn't care that my order was wrong. I called back and the women wasn't better I told her about what happened and she says ok, (no chaulaunt) I asked from his name 3 times and she said Harold was his name. Then I also asked fir her name and she said Karen. This is the night of October 1,2024 at around 10:30pm when all this went down. Not to mention I ordered two sandwiches not one. I cannot wrap my head around what just happened...I threw the food away because I lost my appetite. This was by far the worst I have ever seen happen. And I never do complaints.
