Our orders are usually wrong in some way, be it toppings, crust, and what not...Its still good pizza but gets really old...on the bright side we get discounts and free pizza when we notify them of the mistakes. The Dominos on Dayton-Xenia road is much better and usually always gets orders right, an extra few minute drive is sometimes worth it.

I ordered on line. When I went to pick up my pizza they didn't have record of my order, but deducted the money from my bank account anyway. They said sorry, that happens sometime, tell your bank to check into it.

We had our pizza delivered, and the food is always good, but our delivery driver, Zarionna, was the sweetest! She gave us great customer service!
I love the chicken alfredo pasta but today there was a medium length hair in mine and I didn’t notice until it was already in my mouth 😭 I was so grossed out, please wear hairnets lol

Don’t order car side pickup, there isn’t any parking and they just straight up won’t bring it out to you, you gotta still go in and get it. Even after you go in the store once and they tell you they’ll bring it out, they won’t, they will forget and so you’ll either sit there for 40 minutes or just go back in again and get it. Probably shouldn’t even have this feature at this location.

This location is trash,, food is average to below average, but THE WORST PART is the general manager Rachel. She's so rude every time to the point if I get to the door and see her I leave. I've seen her take orders handle money then go straight to pizza making without washing or sanitizing and this is the GM what an example for her employees. I work in food industry and EVERYONE in my store says hi and welcome in with big smiles. No one at this store acknowledges that the customer is what carries their business, Five people or more in the front and only the one person who's on the register even looks up at you when you approach.. I get that the store can be busy but the door dings to let them know there's a new customer it should be automatic to say "HI welcome to Domino's" even if none of this happened the food should be good, I would just order online and forget the employees, but it's not great. Try another chain in Xenia
Food has been amazing and the delivery time has been outstanding the last couple times we have ordered from dominos. Best delivery time I’ve seen from other places 🍕
