If I could leave all zeros I would. The first thing is that we only got part of our order. It took 30 to 45 minutes to get the rest of it. Second was one of the calzones was burnt and the other one was very doughy. Called and talked to the manager who said the driver forgot the rest of our order and said she could give us credit but we won't be ordering from here anymore. The manager was rude to my daughter and she didn't seem to care. She will care if I get sick with food poisoning. I was up sick all night from the food.

Tried to order pizza online via app for 10.99 pick up only large pep. It wouldn’t let us add the coupon. Called to order it was all automated & said any coupons bring in when we pick up. So I get there for our order & the girl is like “no you have to order online only” I explained that it didn’t say that nor did it let us add the coupon in app. She said her “manager James? Would write her up so she wasn’t going to do the coupon” so we left two orders there for two pizzas (one under my husband and one under me) and a sub & walked out. This is why we never order Donatos in town, this was our first time trying again after a year. Never going back

I ordered a large works, a large pepperoni pizza. When we got them home they tasted horrible the bottoms of them were burnt black not brown black!! That was the worst pizza I've ever bought. This happened on April 4th 2025. Buyer beware!! I wasted my money. I tried to get a manager on the phone and I could not get anyone to answer. I live out by Jamestown and did not want to drive all the way into Xenia to show him the burnt crust. This will be the last time I use this Donatos. They totally suck!

I placed an order for delivery and received an estimated window of 45min to an hour. The woman I spoke with on the phone had an attitude, but we all have bad days so I didn’t think anything of it. After an hour and 15 min. with our food still not delivered, I called back and respectfully asked for an update. I received no apology for the delay, and once again was met with incredible attitude.
Lack of customer service at this location is borderline embarrassing - the only saving grace was our delivery driver who was INCREDIBLY kind and probably deserves a better job elsewhere.
Had I received less attitude on the phone and ANY sort of apology, this review would not even exist. It seems the company responses to negative reviews on Google are much more apologetic - maybe try that on the phone/during your customer interactions so they don’t feel like the have to write a review just to get your attention.
NOTE: The chicken mariachi pizza COMES WITH sour cream - it says it directly on your website - so stop penny-pinching by excluding it with your deliveries. This is the fourth time in a row I have ordered pizza from this location and they have yet to actually include it in my order.

Love the Xenia Donatos especially their new location/remodel. Great pizza. Pricey but our favorite choice locally. Love that they are downtown Xenia. Makes it an easy walk/stop.

I feel they need more employees, the food is typically decent. What little staff they have they are poliet and they try to make things right when your order is messed up. My problem is mostly with the website to place an order and you use a promo code it keeps changing your order total I was going to be charged 15.00 more using the website than I was just calling in to place the order.
Parking: Good location easy to park close to the doors
Kid-friendliness: Family friendly environment once your inside the building. Need to be careful with the drug addicts outside acting crazy.
Wheelchair accessibility: Close to the door, no steps plenty of indoor seating.

Mariachi pizza with jalapeños is good if you like spicy food. Very good service with friendly wait staff.
Dietary restrictions: If you eat on a low carb diet, they do have cauliflower crust here that is very good. I would recommend the mariachi beef pizza for low carb.
