Food was pretty gross. Bagel sandwich was soggy and barely warm. Hashbrowns were soggy and cold. Donut was smashed ... It's clear they have no interest in food quality here.
Both bags of food had balled up napkins in them, looked as though they were already used (but probably not) and the bags were just bunched at the top. Not a big deal but shows they have no attention to detail.
Customer service was friendly.
Go somewhere else!

They are consistent. Consistently slow and inaccurate. Get it together.
I had to shout “hello, is anyone here?” into the drive thru speaker to only be told to wait a second. I ended up waiting a good 5 minutes! They never apologized or anything.

November 8 7:09 waited 15 minutes to be waited on wile your waitresses was walking around doing nothing finally at 7:59 one girl came and ask what i wanted. After I gave my order the person that was supposed to be at the register came took my order I paid she didn’t get my donuts I stood and finally another young lady came and got my doughnut order. I ordered a sandwich and the person doing that just sat it on the counter and said nothing. I just grabbed a sandwich and left I guess It was mine. I mean the worst service I have had since this place opened.

I have gotten multiple coffees from Dunkin each week over the last year. I used to go to the Centerville Dunkin all the time and my order always tastes great. Ever since I have been visiting the Xenia location, the coffee is extremely inconsistent. I believe the coffee is being brewed differently since I've drank coffee grounds and most of the time it's super dark and strong. It almost tastes like the coffee has been sitting in a carafe all night, and without being mixed. Even once a drink is remade, it usually tastes the same. It's a shame because this is my only Dunkin nearby and I have spent a lot of money on coffee from this company over the last year. I have reduced my visits to this location and do not recommend the iced coffee to anyone until effective training has been reinforced.

Firstly, my coffee was AMAZING!
Although my coffee was amazing, the girl working the drive thru was far too busy talking on her phone to actually work. She talked with someone on her personal phone for a good 5 minutes before she opened the window to take my money. I ordered two drinks and a donut, she handed us our drinks (after they sat on the shelf for 5 minutes) and walked away. She came back a few minutes later after talking with her coworker and asked what donut I ordered, she then grabbed the donut that was sitting in a bag the entire time we were at the window and handed it to us. TERRIBLE service, but great coffee!

Be prepared to wait. It always takes at least 15 minutes in and out of the drive thru. You'll wait at the speaker for at least 5. Every. Time.

THE MAIN STREET DUNKIN' DONUTS IN XENIA, OH, I HAVE ORDERED FROM THEM QUITE REGULARLY (DOOR DASH). THAT DOESN'T SPEAK ON THE TIMES I WAS A BLE TO PICK UP MYSELF OR MY AIDE BUT THE YOUNG GIRL JESSICA WAS VERY, VERY RUDE. I CALLED DUNKIN' DONUTS DUE TO MY INCORRECT ORDER AND MS. JESSICA ANSWERED THE, I EXPLAINED ABOUT MY ORDER AND THE JUST OF IT BEING THAT IT'S UP TO DOOR DASH TO CHECK MY ORDER!? COME ON LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!? JUST IN THE LAST THREE ORDERS I HAD ORDERS DELIVERED 2 WEEKS. IF NOT LESS I HAVE PAID CLOSE TO $30 EACH ORDER, SO NEARLY $90.00 IN THESE LAST 3 ORDERS ALONE. CALLED DUE TO ORDER INCORRECT, SHE BLAMED DOOR DASH DELIVERY CO, I ASKED "IF ITS DOOR DASH DRIVER SEALS MY ORDER", SHE ADMITTED"DOOR DASH DOESN'T HAD NOT MY ORDER", I WAS GENUINELY TRYING TO UNDERSTAND THE WHOLE PROCESS WITHOUT YELLING FUSSING CUSSING ACTING UP ANYTHING AND I EXPLAINED TO HER I UNDERSTAND HER STRUGGLE IN THE FAST FOOD INDUSTRY AND YET I TRIED TO INFORM HER ABOUT MY INCORRECT ORDER AND JESSICA IT BOILS DOWN TO HER(JESSICA)TALKING TO ME LIKE "WHAT IS IT YOU WANT ME TO DO?",JESSICA SAYS. AGAIN I TRIED TO GET AN EXPLANATION AND UNDERSTANDING IT'S DUNKIN DONUTS THAT FILLS MY ORDER AND SEALS IT TO BE DELIVERED SO HOW IS THIS A DELIVERY CO FAULT WHO IS CONTRACTED OUT TO DELIVER DUNKIN DONUTS? I WAS TRYING TO GET MY ORDER CORRECTED BUT AGAIN I'M NOT GETTING THE ANSWER OF HOW THIS IS THE DELIVERIES FAULT THEY DIDN'T MAKE THE ORDER, SO HOW IS THE DRIVER'S FAULT AND AGAIN HE HAS NOT TOUCHED THE FOOD?? SO I HAVE TO RAISE MY VOICE A FEW TIMES AND ME STAYING CALM AND COOL, I JUST TOLD HER TO THANK YOU HAVE A BLESSED DAY CUZ OBVIOUSLY IT'S NOT GOING TO GET RESOLVED AND I SPENT QUITE A BIT OF MONEY NOT INCLUDING THE STUFF I PICKED UP BEFORE. I WAS VERY SYMPATHETIC AND EMPATHETIC I UNDERSTAND IT'S NOT EASY TO BE IN THE SHOES OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I UNDERSTAND THINGS TO GET REAL BUSY AND OVERWHELMING BUT I DON'T UNDERSTAND EXACTLY WHERE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF MY MESSED UP ORDER BEING FILLED WRONG. I DID GIVE THE OPTION TO CALL ME IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH SOMETHING NOT BEING IN STOCK. THIS IS RIDICULOUS DO NOT GO THERE THE UNDERSTAFFED AND ALREADY THEY DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB AND THIS SPOT JUST OPEN ABOUT AT LEAST A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO IT'S NOT JUST A LITTLE BIT MORE A LITTLE LESS.IF I WAS THE OLD ME I WOULD GIVE HIM STRAIGHT ZEROS BUT I TRY TO GET SOME CREDIT EVEN WHEN THERE'S NO CREDIT DUE

I considered Dunkin completely average. I'm not sure why it's popular except for that it's new in the area. Food and atmosphere are not really going to improve for me but Service could be a lot better. It could be five stars. I feel like if they had one more employee during the morning hours it would help a lot

I love Dunkin’ so my experiences with this Dunkin’ are disappointing. A lot of girls in there have attitudes. Almost like they’re mad you are there. My drink is never the same. It always taste different. When I try and modify it. They want to argue with me. It’s just a shame. Because like I said I like Dunkin’ and this one minutes from my house but has terrible customer service from most employees and very inconsistent with the drinks!

rude manager, questioning about my service dog. questioning about my order when it was not correct, Manager had a horrible attitude to me saying that she made it correct and I should’ve never left the provinces if it was not correct. Made me really uncomfortable. completely Unprofessional.

I went thru today at 6:32 P.M. Ordered a bagel and frappe. The girl that took my order seemed very friendly, but when I was asked to pull forward, one girl brought me my bagel and said have a good day. I hadn’t received my drink yet and usually when ppl say have a good day, that means the transaction is over, so I spoke up and said that I haven’t received my drink yet. She rudely informs me that she doesn’t handle the drinks and ends her response with “so.” And closes the window. The drink is nasty, but the bagel was hot and good. I think people need to retrain their employees on customer service. She could have let me know that someone else would bring me my drink nicely. Not with an attitude and just shutting the window. This is Xenia, tho.
