Shelves usually full. Good service. Pharmacy workers always helpful.
Employees are pleasant and knowledgeable. Didn't have larger containers of macaroni salad. Coupons they are sending in the mail are easy to use. Good breadth of food to choose from.. Great variety of salmon. Produce OK. Baked goods don't come close to Walmart. Private Label goods are good.
Collected order for pickup, selection includes picks for different number cars on every trip and management collects them at the end to take to the car based on parking space . You can place your 120 item order it will only take us an 15 minute sometimes so we get 100 people online of orders online a day sometimes but pickup closes around 6pm . I did community service here it was easy til instore customers ask too many questions
Plz hire more baggers
Just needed to get to the store before the holiday.
Xenia Kroger Fuel #829. Fuel was spilled at one of the pumps. I notified the attendant and she said the sun would dry it up. I thought the process required putting some fuel dry on the spill. Just making you aware.
Found everything quickly
Theirs a manager that weighs 300 lbs,all he does is sit and eat potato chips and yells at people. Lose some weight may not be so negative. He is a sloppy poorly dressed, person. He calls himself a store manager, krogers should be embarrassed having a person like him represent their company. And I have never heard a store manager say if you want to work at krogers a person has to work 3rd shift or they can't work at krogers .Store manager made sure the whole store heard him say that out loud.maybe this store manager or needs demoted sent back to training. And all the managers at that store need to be retrained.
There were a lot of empty shelves. Several items in the weekly deals were totally out. I used the self check with the belt and had no issues at all. There was a bagger available and she did a great job of sacking my groceries.
We love using it local Kroger.
They know us and have great service.

Kroger's as a company has ruined itself.
If the price gouging wasn't bad enough, THEY GOT RID OF THE FUEL PERKS. Now the only reason to shop at Kroger's is for sale prices.
However, most of Kroger's sale prices are regular prices at other stores.
SO WHAT IS MY INCENTIVE FOR SHOPPING AT KROGER'S?
Great employes.
Unorganized, cramped, too busy for its size, bad parking lot design.
Food selection and service has gone down
Friendly staff and good selection for this size store. My only complaint is with Kroger Corporate removing so many front-end employees. I'm reminded how much I hate self checkout every time I come here. It has its place, but when you have just one person running a register, and one person running a couple rows of self checkouts at a busy time it's maddening. I've contemplated just leaving my full cart as it sits multiple times, but I don't want some employee restocking all my stuff because management thinks this is a good idea.
This has zero to do with anyone at that store. The employees are great. Corporate are the ones to blame here... Do better.
