Used to be great. The chicken sandwich was excellent. The last 3 trips spanning 5 months, every single time the order is incorrect (no pickles on 2 sandwiches for an entire order is not complex) and the chicken is so old on the sandwich it's nearly impossible to bite through without chewing at it like a piece of beef jerky. I'd suspect the lack of the order being correct each time is just not wanting to make something fresh when a bunch are already packaged. I'm not sure if the management has changed or what, but the service being good doesn't make up for the product being made likely 2 hours ahead of time and sitting under a heat lamp.

Restaurant was empty but was rudely informed that my online order would have to wait. The woman said door dash came first. She finally went and got our order. It was missing all butter, honey and dipping sauces ordered. We didn’t go back for them after the unfriendly behavior. Shorted on chicken too. What a colossal waste of time and money.

We love Lees, and appreciate the lunch specials throughout the week. The portions are large, and prices are fair. Employees always seem happy to serve, which isn’t always the case at other restaurants these days.

Love Lee's, however I do not love being charged a sneaky 4% processing charge. Will not be back, charging additional money with no explanation and not even your employees knowing why it is being charged is an issue to me. Menu stated one price, was charged a different price, what a shame even the good businesses are sinking into poor business practices.
