There is a woman who was working there on 3/14/25 around 6:30-7pm who had the WORST attitude. She acted like doing her job was too much ( literally just ringing up our order) horrible customer service. She should have just went home for the day if she was going to have a terrible attitude to us and then even the customers who were ahead of us. Their sides are good pizza was not great. It’s Xenia so not really high expectations for this place.

Theres a lady whos there most the time, been told shes a manager, but shes super rude. Need some customer service lessons. Soon as you walk in shes yelling, "if you dont have an order placed already, it'll be a 30 m wait" then at the counter to the next customer "what do you want". Pizza was good. Hot, mostly bc we had to wait near 30 min after scheduled pick up time. But..if you dont mind that...least its fresh bc they stay busy.

Just went to this location and the gal that was working acted very rude and as if I was interrupting whatever she was doing. I should have walked out. I will never go back to this location. I'll gladly drive to Fairborn and go to that location instead.

Recently my family and I have ordered from this Little Caesars and waited to get the notification that the pizza was ready. After waiting 15 minutes we received a email that our order was canceled. When we called no one picked up. I just wanted my pizza.

There's always a problem every time we order. Missing part of an order. Rude service. Slow service. Likely not to return to this location.
Called 3 seperate times, was put on hold the first 2 times and waited 10 mins each time before I called again. The third time I stayed on the phone for over a hour and then decided to show up in person, waited for 15 mins and still couldn't get my order took, manager is too busy asking about buying dope than working, everyone looks high and you can't get ur order taken. The people who were there waiting couldn't get their order taken either or get their food

I just visited little Caesars pizza to pick up my food, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The service was very slow, and the staff seemed disorganized. In particular, one of the staff members who assisted me was unprofessional and did not provide the level of service I would expect. It felt as though my concerns were ignored, and this made the overall experience frustrating.
I hope the management can address these issues and improve their service, as this experience left me quite dissatisfied. I am writing this review staying in front of little Caesars. Very frustrating.
