I came in last night on Halloween. I don’t know who was working last night 10/31/2025 but they had a great staff last night. Little Caesars is normally a last place I’d like to go to get pizza. But I placed an order online and it was completed by the time. It said it would be on top of that. The staff was super Friendly. And when we got home, the pizza and the breadsticks were cooked to perfection. I know I know hear me normally the bread sticks are really cooked or the pizza It’s overcooked where there’s too much sauce. The guy packing the pizzas even took the time to stop to give candy to the kids in the lobby ! But everything was perfect!! The right amount of sauce the right amount of cheese. So I hope who ever was working that night sees this and knows they did an awesome job!!! 😊

Who doesn't enjoy cheap and quick pizza on a busy night?! Have mixed review with some employees. I use the app when ordering and it is usually ready with a few minutes of the estimated time pick up.

I ordered the fantastic 4 pizza on wed July 16th and it was not made right at all.amd this has happened on multiple occasions.there was no Jalapeno's on it at all,the slices were cut to where toppings were overlapped onto other pieces.this place has went down hill the last few years.if I had the money I would buy it outright and shut it down.i will never come back here again!

We picked up 20 pizzas for child's birthday party. The guys worked so hard to get them all done and all still hot. Great job on such a big order!

It was a little busy when I arrived, so I was trying to be patient, but after being told 15 minutes and watching what I ordered walk out the door, I was becoming irritated! Luckily i was the next order after 25 minutes.
Ordered a 2 pizzas almost an hour and a half ago. Been waiting the whole time and they canceled my order without any reasoning. Bad service.

There is a woman who was working there on 3/14/25 around 6:30-7pm who had the WORST attitude. She acted like doing her job was too much ( literally just ringing up our order) horrible customer service. She should have just went home for the day if she was going to have a terrible attitude to us and then even the customers who were ahead of us. Their sides are good pizza was not great. It’s Xenia so not really high expectations for this place.

Theres a lady whos there most the time, been told shes a manager, but shes super rude. Need some customer service lessons. Soon as you walk in shes yelling, "if you dont have an order placed already, it'll be a 30 m wait" then at the counter to the next customer "what do you want". Pizza was good. Hot, mostly bc we had to wait near 30 min after scheduled pick up time. But..if you dont mind that...least its fresh bc they stay busy.
