Waited almost 45 mins for our meal just for them to tell us it was ready 10 mins in.. never announced anything never said anything just let us wait never asked if we wanted it remade just gave us cold food… I’ve eaten here a couple times and have only ever had bad experiences..

Worst McDonald’s Experience Ever
This place is a joke. I waited forever just to place my order, and getting my food took even longer. The staff looked like they had no idea what they were doing and clearly didn’t care. No urgency, no apologies — just pure incompetence. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere

Today, with an empty stomach, I had a choice of going here, or down the street to Kroger. I chose Kroger for the convenience as the last SIX times I've tried this McDonald's they leave me in the drive through sitting to take my order, and over 10 minutes pass and still no one has taken my order. The workers are lazy, the managers take no pride in their job, the owner should be ashamed and move location for an actual business owner to move in. Embarrassing.

My family came for a quick bite to eat around 1:30pm on Sunday 3/2/25. The employees were friendly and helpful, but the hamburgers were warm at best and very dry. Our fries were also warm at best. The restaurant was completely out of lids for our drinks and nearly out of straws as well. Our order was short a medium fry but an employee quickly fixed the issue. Every table in the restaurant was filthy dirty. Having to eat at a filthy table is one of my pet peeves. It makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. I’d think twice before eating here on a busy Sunday afternoon.

i ordered a large mocha frappe and got a small. and then got my breakfast burrito and i tried to eat it and its rock hard. disappointed quite honestly.
