For the manager who is heavy set and is usually in the mornings Idk what her name is but I do not appreciate this McDonald’s when a manager gets rude with you and tells you that a certain item isn’t available but then hands the one behind you the order that you asked for. I would call corporate if I knew the manager. This McDonald’s has gone down hill and I wouldn’t trust anyone there. Sorry not sorry

I was just at this location going through the drive thru and I saw, what I assume to be the manager(pony tail with shaved sides/bottom half of the hair), literally pick his nose and continue bagging the food inside. That is absolutely disgusting and how illnesses spread. If the manager is in there picking his nose and touching food items, why type of expectation is this setting?

If it is a normal time of day, they are a McDonald's, and that's a good thing! But late night or *very* late night, they are useless. Long lines, slow service, lukewarm food, and that's all if they are actually able to take an order or payment, which is a crapshoot.

I woke up pretty early in the morning and I just wanted an ice water and cup of ice and it took 15 minutes.... I understand that it's 3rd shift but that was a bit excessive in my opinion.

Worse excuse for a staff!!!! i order a deluxe double quarter pounder with no ketchup or mustard and they sent me a burger with no lettuce, mayo, or tomatoes. I tried to call to see hwat went wrong with it they hung the phone up on me mid sentence while i was trying to explain they forgot to put everything else on the burger this is the worst establishment to get anything, they runied my dinner and have the guts to hang up on me, aint happening
