If it is a normal time of day, they are a McDonald's, and that's a good thing! But late night or *very* late night, they are useless. Long lines, slow service, lukewarm food, and that's all if they are actually able to take an order or payment, which is a crapshoot.

Worse excuse for a staff!!!! i order a deluxe double quarter pounder with no ketchup or mustard and they sent me a burger with no lettuce, mayo, or tomatoes. I tried to call to see hwat went wrong with it they hung the phone up on me mid sentence while i was trying to explain they forgot to put everything else on the burger this is the worst establishment to get anything, they runied my dinner and have the guts to hang up on me, aint happening

Most unorganized slowest drive thru ever. It was almost 1:30, should not have been busy.
It's McDonald's. There's a line. Once you order, the line moves. Prices are going up. Dollar menu McDouble is now $3. Double filet of fish gives you a 2nd filet for $1, I think. Ask.

I waited well over half an hour to receive my take out order. By the time everything was completed, the food was cold. I was barely acknowledged by any employee. A manager was sitting up front answering the phone, however she was on her cell phone on Instagram asking customers if they could repeat what they were saying. She did not pay any attention to me waiting at the counter for half an hour. I do not plan on returning to this location, McDonald’s should not take 40 minutes.

I really don't eat a lot of fast food, maybe once every six months, but every time I do, McDonald's in Xenia, is always on top of it. The ice cream machine works here! The employees are speedy and efficient. They are always nice. My order is always correct. No complaints.
